I bought a car from here and I love it. The managers and salesman were very accommodating. I was aware that I was buying a used car and they do make sure they are running and in good condition. Knowing this, they did offer me a warranty and also paid for it. Its been a month that  I've had the car and its still running great. Sometimes you can win or lose at buying a used car but All Star Powersports has made sure that I have no problems I get calls form my salesman Sam making sure I'm still happy. I look forward to buying my first luxury car from them.

Worst decision I ever made was to buy what I thought was a good car from them. I recently purchased a Volkswagen Passat from them, at first they were really nice, they met me there on July 4th to let me look at and test drive the car. It seemed to be in pretty good shape mechanically, although there was an issue that the mechanic/sales guy didn't know about with the rear driver side window and lock, but I figured I could take care of that myself. Within a couple days of purchasing it it started to fall apart. Before I left they made me promise to come back the following day so they could smog it for me. I did and they were all still nice. I paid $2500 cash and I had specifically told them I was looking for a reliable car since I would be using it as a daily driver with my baby. They swore up and down that it was perfect mechanically. What a lie!!!  The turbo fell off a few days after we got it. The check engine light came on, there were 11 different codes that came up ranging from the turbo that had fallen off to the O2 censor, to a fuel problem, etc... I took it in to a dealership and had them do a tune up and asked them about the engine codes, they told me that these all seemed to be problems that couldn't have just occurred all at once, and that it was likely that the codes had just been cleared so that they could sell it, since they can't legally sell a car with a check engine light on. we replaced spark plugs, filters, did the oil change and reattached the turbo, all in all about $300 of stuff. I called a bunch of times to talk to them about how unhappy I was with the car, at first they would answer, now I just get sent right to their voicemail. I filed a BBB complaint and that's open right now, but once they received a copy of the complaint the office manager yelled at me because I was sold a good car and I just didn't understand. No, I do understand that they took advantage of me and I also understand that unless I tell everyone else they will do the same thing to others. I found them on Craigslist, I made a huge mistake. I've asked for my money back and it seems doubtful that I'll ever see a penny. Oh and by the way, I decided to trade it in at a REAL dealership but can't because they had the title put in someone elses name. DMV already referred me to the Compliance enforcement division of the DMV because even to them it seems like somethings not on the up and up. So unless you are interested in throwing away a couple grand I would stay very, very far away from this company. Don't get screwed over and be left holding a worthless car that you technically don't even own!
