My review is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT Lori who was my contact person when taking in my girlfriends 02 Elantra. Came in for there $10 Tuesday oil change special and yes it is that cheap. Got home and found her car to be leaking more oil than usual so I  called Lori back and she said to bring it back. They informed me somewhere along the way someone had stripped my oil plug and put a larger plug to fix the problem. It just so happened it stripped again when they were doing the oil change. Lori said she had talked to the service manager Trey and he offered to take care of the labor if we purchased the part. We purchased the part and had it installed and the labor was free. I appreciated this gesture and will return.

These people are scum! They tried to trick me into leasing when I made it more than clear that I was there to purchase. When I say this, I mean we negotiated a monthly payment for at least two hours, Once we reached an agreement I realized in the finance office that this was a lease, Again it was more than clear to them that a lease was not an option for me. Obviously while I was in there they tried to convince me on how a lease option was so much better. Leasing is not for everyone!
All prices on the internet are fake, in my opinion you have a better shot at a big jackpot in a casino than to qualify for all their incentives to reach the price.
I agree with another reviewer Jacob is a tool, when I met him I couldn't help but to think of the review and laugh!
If you decide to walk in there despite all the people on here trying to help you, please read your documents very carefully before you sign.

I just went in last weekend to buy a car and I have to say, that with the people I encountered, I didn't have a problem at all with customer service.

I test drove a couple of cars, but ended up going with a Hyundai Genesis Coupe. These guys really had a lot of patience with me. I've been to the other Henderson Hyundai previously a couple of times to buy a car and they are just complete jerks. It made me not want to buy a car and I just walked out. Now that this dealership was built recently, I decided to check it out...

I'm sure some customers have encountered rude people here, but when I went in, I was really treated with much respect and patience. I did decline their offers numerous times and told them I was going to just buy the car another time. But they did not show frustration towards me. Finally, their manager came, spoke to me very calmly, and offered me a great deal. Long story short, I did not feel hassled, frustrated, or any obligation with these guys. I was actually pleased to buy a car from them. That is how every customer should feel when they go to a car dealership. Not feel like their salesman is hassling them to close the deal.

I'm only writing this review because I have been to so many dealerships and have been treated with the biggest assholes on the planet. These include Henderson Honda, Henderson Hyundai, etc. but this ABC Hyundai gave me a great deal, plus their customer service was excellent.

Everyone is right. My sales man was Daryl he was so nice and helped with so much. The dealership and I were only $900 away from price Daryl thought it would go through but then come the managers saying it's not going to happen that my amount is outrages and then start stating all the fees. I saw a fee for nitrogen tires which about 70% of all air is nitrogen I kind of laughed. They saw me as a kid but I knew what I wanted and knew they could do my price. Save yourself a trip and go to Henderson Hyundai or planet Hyundai. Anyone is better than these guys. Don't work with Mo! He's a guy that will try and confuse you. The sales people are great and helpful but the guys that talk price are just greedy.

Dont trust them, especially HOWARD CLUFF, scam artist. he will do a bait and switch with a clunker.

So not only did they try to do a bait and switch on me once but they did it TWICE.

Read the contract thoroughly if you still go to this place. Beware!

I just see $14,000 car.. the manager of my salesman offered me down pay $8,000 plus monthly $180 for 72 months. Wow~ 12,960(180×72)+8,000= 20,960. Tax and fees are $6,960 for $ 14,000 car?? OMG!! They lied to me. They played cheap trick on their customer.  Be careful and always calculate what they give any numbers if you buy your car at this dealer. Moreover,  only they have a hidden fee (reconditioning fee around $ 2,000). They always try to open your wallets and only consider your money,  not you. A dishonest business will be failed soon.

What a joke this place is! I've stopped by twice so far in the last month. I need a car but I'm not in a hurry.  I drove by again and as I'm nearing the entrance (driving slow looking at inventory) a group of salesman seated outside start yelling "keep going." As they waive their arms like a bunch of idiots.. Really?? Wtf?? Grade=fail, from a new dealership to boot!!

*** update; called to speak to mgr and "Jacob" truly is a tool and transferred me to every voicemail possible.  Truly comical at this point bcuz "Jacob" now says he's a manager and can take my complaint**... Too funny...

I traded in my old car and got the new car with JB, Jay, and another gentleman's help one month ago. They did great service, very good. I am happy with new car and the deal. Fairly speaking, they are sales person, they try to sell of course, but I can understand and don't take it a wrong way, because I am a buyer, I just wanna the best price and service I can find. It is a win- win deal. Good luck to you guys.

I have been here 3 times before and now it is my fourth time for the service area. Lori has pretty much helped me everytime... although not on purpose but she always seems to be the first one out to the front after I pull in. My husband brought the car in one of the 4 times and he also had Lori help him.
They also offer a complimentary coffee dispensing drink which is a nice touch for customer service.
I typically only yelp for food but thought this place deserved a review while I wait for my car to be serviced.

Don't understand why there are negative comments. This place was great and all the staff members were extremely friendly! I'm happy I no longer need to drive all the way to the sahara or henderson location to get my car serviced.

ABC Hyundai and it's management/ownership are petty and pathetic. They do not return phone calls and when I finally reached someone they lied and scoffed at my attempt to kindly ask them to pay me for referring them a client who purchased a car. Their response was that "since the salesman no longer works here we won't pay you the referral fee, the salesman didn't fill out the required form." Their justification for not paying the referral makes no sense as the salesman called me and asked me for the information required on the form to request the check the day of the deal. He was still on the phone with me when he handed the completed form to his manager Enmanuel who thanked me for the referral and asked me to keep them coming. They have no sense of responsibility and Enmanuel brazenly lied to me about that form. In my experience people who lie about small things will lie about bigger things. I do not trust this place and would not recommend it to any friends or family members. I sent my friend because of the salesman I knew would take care of my friends. I truly see why he left that place.

First time here, getting my car maintenanced. One its nice to come to a place where everyone is friendly and helpful. The guy that checked me in, Alex Ramirez was definitely nice and helpful. He told me there was a recall on my airbag and said they will take care of it. He will do an initial inspection on my car to make sure everything is in tip top shape! He showed me where the waiting area was and it was nice and clean. The lady at the cashier area was nice and helped me with their awesome coffee machine! So far everyone is nice...the only downfall is the guy trying to make me trade in my car...I like my car a little too much lol.

Just purchased my brand new Genesis! I received a fair deal and timely service. I will recommend this dealer to friends and family. Typically you get beat up in finance but they were professional and quick!

Scam ALERT!!!
After calling these people and telling them I had read all of their horrible reviews and wanted a straight shot they quoted me

A: 2 grand above the price PAINTED on the car itself
B: An additional 3 grand for detailing, checking fluids, etc

Even AFTER calling and telling them not to pull their shit on me. Wow wow wow. How are these guys in business?

I also like how the manager I spoke with told me to ignore negative reviews because they were fake and not true. Well myth debunked sir.

Buyer beware! False advertising to an extreme. Definitely run by crooks as others have stated. Should have read the reviews first. Seriously, don't waste your time.

This place blatantly lies and will state that they do proudly and without shame like they think it's a great marketing ploy! These people are disgusting and unethical.

And I quote... "well if we advertise, we want to show you lowest price so you come in but that is not actual price. Why I want to show second lowest? I just want to get you in the door." -Mo (one of the managers)

They had a car listed on car guru for $12,977 which the sales person acknowledged. Unfortunately, management consists of straight up sheisty crooks! Having worked in business development/sales roles before, I actually feel bad for the sales people who work here cause their hard work is all in vain once management comes in to kill their deals!

If you're interested in a car and want to talk pricing, you need to do so directly with a manager who will add $3000 for "standard" conditioning/prep fees (not standard at all by the way and this is totally/simply to pad their pockets) off the bat. Then they will "work with you" by "only" adding $1995 instead of $3000.

When you call them out they will straight up admit that they falsely advertise low pricing "just to get people in the door" cause thats what matters. Yeah, never mind that you're violating truth in advertising laws! No shame at all and completely unapologetic.

So what did they quote me on the car advertised at $12,977? Wait for it.... $15,999! And what rate did they estimate for financing? 3.9%! LOL. Standard at my bank is 2-2.49% and I qualify for special financing at 0.9% at other dealers!

The salesmen are nice enough but the place is managed by crooks so there is nothing your nice salesman can do to help since their bosses have the final say and are simply put: total d-bags. Don't waste your time making the trip here because you saw a car advertised for a "good" price cause if it sounds too good to be true, it definitely is in this case.

I've been to my fair share of shady dealers but this is by far the worst!

ABC Hyundai just opened 10/24/14 and I had the BEST people working with me and for me. I told them I would rather have all my teeth pulled then go buy a car...But they were the very best to work with. No stress I told them what I was looking for, How much I wanted my payments at and what things I needed and they WENT RIGHT TO IT to find what I wanted for the price I was looking for and NO hidden fees. If you really need a car go see them...They are the BEST!!!!!!
