Went in to look at a BMW and was approached by a salesman named Kurt Johnson. He was nice at first - took a test drive - but when I said I was just looking and getting ideas he became another person and got very high pressure. The old so how much can you afford per month and all sorts of games and tactics. I thought I was at a used car dealer on Lomas. I managed to escape him - but then he started calling and emailing me. I had to email a higher manager to get him to stop the hungry harassment. Then he stopped.

Bottom line is that it was not a good experience and I do not feel comfortable going back here. I expected far better treatment from a higher end type of dealer.

Avoid this place !!!

Really helpful people !! I'd rather pay extra here than pay less somewhere else because at least I know they are doing everything properly and according to Bmw standards !!

So, I shopped around A LOT last year while I was deployed in Afghanistan trying to find either a 135 or 335. I had trouble communicating with dealers online since I guess it's not ________ (insert reason for it being difficult). I ended up finding a couple of nice 3 series at Sandia and was pleased to have some communication with the online sales rep. I came down to look at a couple of the vehicles and the sales guy shows me a 2006 330xi in a pretty cool color that isn't seen a bunch. Car looks legit and the test drive was nice. I'm pretty knowledgeable about cars and everything seemed kosher. I made an out-the-door offer that was accepted, to my surprise, and I was on my way. I headed back to the Stan for another 4 months come back and take the car to get it washed. As I'm hand drying it I notice that one whole side of the car had been repainted along with the whole front bumper. The job looks like it was a bit rushed since I could see circles in the body filler they must have used. I'm assuming that since no damage had been reported they did this because it was cheaper than fixing individual dings etc. Needless to say I was a little ticked that the sales dude failed to mention this to me otherwise I might have gone with another car being OCD as I am. Maybe I was the exception here but I hope they don't do this to anyone else in the future. It takes away some of your credibility.

Highly satisfied customer and new Mini Cooper owner right here!! My husband and I had a GREAT experience car shopping today thanks to Dustin McLurg, Alex Zannes and Colleen Powers. They took the time to answer all our questions, allowed us to test drive many cars and made every effort to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend Sandia BMW/Mini

My wife and I were looking at getting a used car from either BMW or Mini Cooper. I can't describe the great service from Greg cuoco, Alex Zannes, Dustin McLurg, and Colleen Powers. They were all so helpful and let us test drive what we wanted with no questions asked. I highly recommend them and the team at Sandia BMW.

I recently got a BMW S1000RR from Scandia! Brett Sawyer was the sales person and I couldn't be happier with the way he handled the communication and the overall transaction:
He gave me all the info that I needed to feel safe and book the motorcycle online, provided the option of shipping the bike to me (since I live in Southern California) and also the option of picking me up from the airport.
The transaction went smooth without any hidden fees or other charges and I had an epic 2 day road-trip through some of the most beautiful canyons!

On top of that Brett shipped back to me for free an extra back protector that I had (and couldn't carry with me on my trip).

I have been very happy with the  overall experience with Scandia BMW and Brett.

While on my trip back to Oakland California from Chicago, My M3 threw a tire puncture/low pressure light on me so I immediately pulled over.  Checked pressure and everything seemed ok.  I decided to call the nearest BMW to get it checked out and I was in the town of Albuquerque New Mexico. I pulled up and Jerry and the blonde lady (sorry I forgot your name!) were a great help and had my tires checked and told me it was all good and reset the light.  Needless to say, I'm back home and made it home safely.  GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE. If I lived in Albuquerque, I'd be coming back here for service.

My experience with Sandia BMW and sales professional Alex Zannes was outstanding. I've never had a better car buying experience. From the minute I stepped into the door, Alex treated me with utmost respect - despite being a young male in a t-shirt and jeans.

Having custom ordered a specific model, Alex guided me through the process and quickly answered all my emails during the wait.  When the car finally arrived, Alex arranged for the car to be prepped and ready to go 7 hours after it got off the truck.

Now it's time to drive!

I was passing through town looking for a BMW and I met Alex. He was very professional and found me the car I wanted. It was a fantastic, no pressure sales experience. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend Alex Zannes.

These are truly honest, reputable, responsible and reliable people. I am not a high dollar customer by BMW standards as I mainly buy used. So, I don't get special treatment for purchasing $50,000+ vehicles. But, I have purchased 6 vehicles from Sandia BMW over the years. They have proven themselves time and again to be the best kind of business people. Lonnie in sales is amazing. Barry in finance likewise. These folks back up their product in every way that counts: with their money, honesty, hard work and actual willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty in ways that would shame typical car sales operations. The two negative reviews preceding mine come from people who apparently do not have much depth of experience with this dealership's people. Sandia BMW is an outstanding automotive dealership.

Apparently, I do not have the "in the market for a BMW" look.  Had to find a salesman, who proceeded to talk me down from a new 335 convertible to a used 335 convertible to a "So, we have this great 2005 convertible in the back"  I realized I did not want to deal with these guys on a frequent basis for my included maintenance, and warranty work, if necessary.  Just put more miles on the car I have now.

Big Mothertrucking Whoop - if you ask me.

Came in on a slow Wednesday morning to look at accessories for my X5.  No one was at the parts counter and I was there for about 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged me.  Snobby place when I replace my X5 ill be driving to Shomp BMW in Denver!

Sandia BMW service department doesn't deserve a single star. They are thieves. Brought my car in running like a dream (oil light had come on a couple of times). Paid $1500.00 for broken bolts. And was given a list of almost $6000.00 in other repairs. Well long story short. I can't even drive my BMW anymore car can't shift gears without shaking violently. I have called numerous times just to get voicemail with no calls back from anyone at BMW.  My dream car is now a nightmare. Thanks Leigh and Jeff (service managers) for robbing me of money and leaving my car indri able..may you be treated the way you treated me.
