I recommend this ford dealership if you need to buy a car. I didn't buy the car here but got it serviced here. I had a minor fender bender and Rich Ford service department did a fine job with the repairs. I called around for the quotes and Rich Ford gave a good deal. The color match and the car look as good as new. If they did this good of a job and I didn't even buy my car here- I'm for sure going to buy and recommend friends to come here to all their auto repairs.

We broke down in the middle of our vacation and had our Ford E350 towed here at 4pm on a hot July day. They shuttled our family of 8 to a great hotel and within ten minutes they called us to let us know they were working on our vehicle. They kept us informed along the way and by 9am the next morning they had our van repaired and we were back on the road!

The service people and the shuttle driver were all nice and very friendly. They made us feel like everything was going to be alright, and they made our repairs a priority. I was very impressed all around.

On Tuesday, July 15th I was traveling back from the midwest and stayed the night in Moriarty; I was pulling a heavy load behind a 2005 Ford Diesel.  Apparently I didn't let it warm up and there was a terrible sound when it wouldn't shift.  I panicked, and called the dealership in Edgewood.  I have had lots of dealings with car dealerships over the years.  The head service guy got on the phone, was not rushed, asked many questions and decided it would be safe to "limp" in to their dealership only 7 miles away.  I arrived and he came out, spent quite a bit of time looking at things...explained what he believed happened...and then was willing to go on a 10 mile drive with me to make sure all was well.  While on the drive, he gave much useful insight to the vehicle.  The truck was fine and I completed my trip.  They would not accept any money...truly a class act.  It would surely be worth the drive to go there...I cannot remember a time when someone went out of their way to truly provide good customer service.  Steve

Don't trust the service department as far as you could throw them. I like to think that the people I pay to work on my vehicle know what the hell they are doing but that is not the case here. I took my car in for a simple transmission drain and fill and they gave it back to me with a leak. Wow. Jiffy Lube could have done better. Incompetence is a terrible thing.

Bought a 2011 Ford Ranger in 2011.  The process took a painful 1.5 months to finish the buy.  Seven 35 mile round trips, not even an apology for this inconvenience, having to re-sign paperwork at all of these visits, and another month after that for the payoff for my trade-in.  Not so great experience, in fact absolutely terrible.

We got my husband's Ford Escape Hybrid SUV repaired here when we the car kept shutting down stating, "Stop vehicle safetly now."  There was some problem with the car battery coolant and it costs us over $900!!!! Over half of the costs were labor, which I thought was absurd (over $600 were labor)!!!  It took them about 4 days before even beginning the repair work on the vehicle. And took a week for the repair. They tried to talk us into trading it in for another vehicle because supposedly Ford Hybrid's have to get new batteries after approximately 100,000 miles and the batteries costs $10,000 plus labor - I can only imagine the labor costs for that!  

We won't be using this place again. Ever.

First time getting my RV serviced (lube and oil) and I thought this service department would do a great job!  Initially I would have giving them 5 stars, they were very helpful and friendly.  However, upon arriving home I decided to check out the grease points on the chassis and to my disbelief none of them had been touched.  I was really baffled because I asked the guy who performed the service how many grease points are there and he replied 8.  I also asked to have my tire pressure adjusted to the recommended pressure and again not done.  I called down to tell them they didn't lube my chassis.  The service advisor was very apologetic and told me to bring the unit back and they would lube it.  However I declined because I had already spent over 2 hrs there and I believe they should have done what the customer asked for the first time.  Unfortunately, I will not be doing business with this service department in the future.

I've got nothing bad to say about this place.  I didn't buy my car here - I bought it before I moved to ABQ.  But I bring my Ford here whenever I need service of any kind and they knock it out of the park!  Amazingly fast, very friendly, free shuttle, free wifi, etc.  And their prices are really great.  They have never jerked me around on price, padded the estimate or otherwise screwed me.  In fact, I have brought my car in for things that have turned out to have minor fixes that they have not charged me for at all.  Awesome.

When it comes time to buy a new car, this will be the first place I look.

Not a bad dealership. Our sales guy was a little older, so we didn't really feel pressured, Truth be told, we knew what we wanted going in and used USAA to locate the truck at this dealership, so there was a little advantage on our end. We also had our finance pre-arranged, so again, we pre-empted the typical car sales BS.

Decent inventory on the lot, and nice facilities. They had some good stuff in the show room, especially when it came to demonstrating my rolling tonneau cover. The staff seemed friendly, and they were efficient about getting us through the requisite hoops to buy a car.
