I have had 2 different occasions to go to this dealership, both experiences were bad. The first was when my son was looking for a car. High pressure doesn't even start to describe how he was treated. We walked out. The second was when I took my company car in for service. They don't return phone calls, they never called when the parts came in, They didn't have my appointment this morning after I contacted the service manager. The service advisor left after taking my car in. No one called to tell me that the car was ready. After I called twice, I was told the service advisor had left for the day. Then I waited over an hour for them to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, I then had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring my car up to me. Worst Service Ever.

Go see Clarence at Reliable Chevrolet!  He was so very helpful and took the time to help me figure out the best car for me with my trade-in.  I am so very thankful to Clarence and to Ken for working the financing I needed to get me into my 2015 Malibu.  I am really enjoying my new Malibu!!

They should change their name to Unreliable for that's how I was treated trying to have a recall done on my 2003 Saturn ignition switch. They told me. they ordered the part and would be here in 6 weeks. Received a letter from GM saying the parts are available, still gave Reliable 3 addition weeks. I tried calling my service co-coordinator 4 times and they couldn't even return my call. Finally reach them and was informed part still not in. I called GM and they told me parts are available. GM got us on. a 3 way call and Reliable said they would call me back within the hour. We'll I gave them 24 hours and no response. I called GM back and they recommended calling Galles Chevrolet. I called them and they said bring the car in for repair, WE have the parts in stock.

This is, without a doubt, the worst auto repair shop I have ever encountered. Since its a dealer, I knew it would be expensive, but I thought I could at least expect some sort of repairs or service to be done. I had horrible issues even trying to get ahold a of a service advisor to get information about my vehicle. I made multiple phone calls with multiple messages left and could not get a phone call back. I got so fed up I asked to speak to the service manager who stated he would call me back with more information, but that didn't happen either. Every time I called, they couldn't even find my information in the system. In the end, my car ended up being there for 4-5 days (over two visits), costing well over estimate, and still has the same issue I brought it in there to fix . Avoid this place.

Absolutely horrible customer service, both the sales and service departments are staffed by clowns. Just try getting a call back out of these guys, much less a straight answer. The Bow Tie at Unreliable has a squirt gun in it, and it shoots yellow water on its customers.

Horrible experience... they Reduced the amount they offered me for my trade right before I was about to sign all the paperwork in finance...at the same time I also noticed that they were charging me more than the sticker price for the vehicle, when I asked the finance manager why are they charging More he came up with a lame excuse and told me that sometimes what they do to make up cost... Who wants to pay more than sticker price???  I don't... that's why I walked away...

So I went in one day after work to look at a used Tacoma.  It happened to be parked right in front of the main building (a glass building where all the sales folks are). So I parked right next to it, got out and really started checking out the truck. Even walked around the lot to look at other used vehicles. After about 20 minutes of waiting for a sales person I gave up and left.

Still somehow interested in the truck I emailed online to set up a test drive appt. The internet guy was great and apologetic for my previous experience ...the only reason these guys are getting 2 stars. So I set up an appt after work on another day to look at the truck. We arrive and he sets us up with a saleman who's first words to us are "So how serious are you about buying the truck today?"  

Really???????? Nah, just drove here twice in one week for fun. Then on the test drive he seemed bothered that I was taking up his time. Thankfully, I didn't like the truck after the test drive and walked. But I just can't ignore two negative experiences in a row with these guys.

I'm heading to another dealer that's been much better about service and seems to have better sales people. My vote is to skip Reliable Chevrolet.

Wow! I came here with a friend so she can handle some things and they are just so rude!!! I'm so glad I didn't buy here our car but to treat someone who did buy here with disrespect is disgusting. Don't come and buy here!!!
