I was very impressed with the buying experience at Quality.  They worked with us to find the car that  fit our needs, and the entire staff from sales to service to financing were courteous, low pressure, and friendly.  As a matter of fact, everyone who crossed my path while I was there from the guys who detail the cars to the secretary who answers the phone greeted me warmly and smiled.  I can tell this company is trained in proper customer service policies.

Like another customer, I placed a parts order (from their GM Parts Link site [they have more than one of these parts sites]) and two weeks later still no part, nor will they talk on the phone, nor answer emails. The website says the order is "processed" but they must only be referring to my payment. I've filed a claim with Paypal and will report them to Better Business Bureau. These people are totally inept, with the world's worst customer service.

Initial purchase was excellent.  Had issues with the vehicle center console shutting down while driving and navigating around town.  Took the vehicle in several times to get resolved and through more than six trips to the dealership the consistent answer we got was, we can't fix something that's not broken from the female service representative.  They did replace the console after we provided video evidence of the problem which was probably the second or third visit of the fuel and time wasting trips we had to make.

There was only one helpful person in the service department, and that was Mario.  He never hinted towards us lying, and always was willing to help.

We no longer own the vehicle and choose Pitre Buick and they're awesome.   Plus they wash your car for free anytime when you buy there.

Crooks!  I went here to replace a broken seatbelt part and got slapped with a "recommended service" bill of $2585.70.  I got a second opinion and NONE of the repairs they recommended were needed!  In addition to this, they ordered the wrong seatbelt part which wasted a lot of my time and gas going to and from an appointment for a part replacement that could not be accomplished.  This place will waste your time and try to steal your money.  Go somewhere else.

I bought a part online from this company.  After confirming my order, they shipped me the wrong part.  As of this time, 6 emails and telephone calls to them have not been responded to.  Bad cusotmer service, bad order fullfilment.  Beware!
