Buy your next car from Mark's Casa Chevrolet! Excellent selection, super smooth sales process and Patrick is a no pressure sales guy.  Found a Malibu I wanted, Randy the manager, gave me a GREAT price with low payments! HAPPY CAMPER FOR SURE!!!

The most horrible customer service EVER! Nothing but games and lies. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this by far was the worst experience ever. Not only did they play games with the financing portion of my deal they shopped the loan over and over even after I was already approved at my credit union. Then to add insult to injury they kept my registration un complete until today 40 days after I got the car! MVD stated that it only takes 5 days by law to complete this, the registration is dated 9/23/14, these people not only make the car buying experience painful they are the exact stereotype that car dealers are known for these are the "tie guys" take your business to any other dealer, but Marks Casa Chevrolet. Save yourself the headaches! I give them a negative 10 stars, fail, fail, fail.

I bought my 2010 Chevy Malibu from Casa brand new. I bought their extended warranty and service contract. I have gone to Casa for all the oil changes and service work, even out of pocket service work, on this car since I've owned the car. I went in to Casa today to get an oil change and to have the brakes done. The last time I was at this dealership, I had also got prices on extending the service warranty since it will be up in another 500 miles and I had intended to buy the new warranty while my car was being repaired today. I also had wanted them to check the clunk in the front end, the recent hard starts/stalls on the car and check why my gas mileage dropped tremendously. I intended to get all these repairs done today to fix all the problems with the car whether or not they were covered under the warranty. The service man told me that it would be a $108 diagnostic fee for each item for a total of over $300.00 in addition to any repairs. He said if any item was covered under warranty, then they would deduct $108.00. So I asked him why he would charge me for something that I was definitely getting repaired today whether or not it was under warranty? He said to pay for the tech's salary. This is why people will turn around and buy a foreign car...Needless to say, I walked away without them looking at my car.

I had taken my vehicle in to be serviced at Casa Chevrolet with no problem (I bought a used VW from them with an extended warranty).  I then took my vehicle in to the dealership for a bearing issue.  While at University VW, the dealership told me that there was something cracked and leaking oil, and the car was undriveable.  They said that who had ever last changed the oil had torqued it and cracked it.

I called Casa, and within the hour, they had picked up my vehicle and towed it to their facility, and re inspected my vehicle.  They also provided me with a brand new loaner to drive while my car was inspected.  They then took it to Uptown VW, which looked over the car, and deemed the car was driveable, that Casa was not at fault, and fixed my car under my warranty while University VW was trying to charge me $800.00 for the repair.  Even though Casa was not at fault, they still let me use the loaner for an entire week, and did not charge me a cent.  Thanks to Jacob, the service team, and outstanding customer service, I'll be purchasing my next car from Casa, maybe it'll even be American.  Thanks again!

I'll be the first to tell you that I HATE CAR DEALERSHIPS and I've had bad experiences with them in the past. I'm not sure about the experience of other reviewers and I can only speak for myself but buying a car at Mark Casa Chevrolet was the best experience I've ever had. First off my sales person "Tony" needs an award and should be the employee of the month. I was in the market for a new car because the car that I had was a 2004 and it was showing it's age and since I had bad experiences with dealers in the past I decided to look online. I saw this 2011 Camaro that I feel in love with and decided to put in an application. Within minutes I get the first call informing me that they are working on my app. Minutes after that call Tony calls and begins updating on what's going on. I've played this game before and wasn't expecting much bit throughout the day he called periodically to update me and from that point I was impressed by how genuine and hardworking he was, I've never experienced that before from a dealer. The deal was completed that night and I was shocked. Not only did I get my Camaro, I got a 2014 to which I wasn't expecting at all. All in all I had a great experience, I got a beautiful muscle car which I adore and Tony was the best dealer ever. Five stars!

They put a rebuilt part in my 99 suburban at a cost of 203.00 when a new one costs 124.00 and after it failed 16 mo later say SOORY only 12mo 1200 mile warrantee!
YOU LOOSE!

GM dealers are STILL that same crooks as forever!

Buy a Toyota!

This is funny, my coworker did a negative review on her experience with mark casa and now they are calling her and want to make half of her car payment if she removes her post from yelp.  Way to go casa dont fix your problems just pay to hide them.

Stopped off here while helping a friend deliver a trade-in. The salesman was quite nice and sincere.
