It really is too bad that a zero star rating does not exist. This is the WORST experience that I have ever had with a car dealer. They really are the epitome of horrible car dealers! I had looked at a Outlander Sport and they had agreed that I pay 18000 after putting my 2000 down. But when I was signing the contract the finance figure was 21050 which was 3000 more then I and they had agreed to finance. When I asked them about this they (Kevin, Dylan and Rick) said that it would be figured in after the loan goes through! However, when I went to look at the loan through the bank it was for the 21050! meaning I financed 3000 more then I had said and my payment was 119 more then it was supposed to be. To top it off an indicator light went on and when I took it back they said there was nothing they could do because it is new 2014 technology. I will NEVER go here again nor will I recommend it. Now I am stuck with a loan and a broken car. And they wont find me a new on nor take it back and refund my money.

Terrible terrible terrible, mark Mitsubishi decides to send out scratchers for prizes in the mail. And guess what! I won!!! However as soon as I go to claim my prize the staff is rude and gives me the "cold shoulder". After a long, heated argument I had no choice but to just give up. Seriously, they simply said no...what kind of business is this!?!? People save your time from this place, the lack of integrity baffles me. If they'll screw me over, they won't hesitate to do the same to you

I'd never recommend this dealership or any Mark Casa business for that matter. Today I drove 30 minutes to have my car serviced and I was told you were too busy! Mind you I called at 10 am to try to make an appt. and I was told to bring my vehicle in anytime before 6. I wouldn't be so upset if the staff wasn't rude. A man in the service department was incredibly rude about me bringing in my car and insisted it would take forever and huffed and puffed. White male, MAYBE 6 foot, glasses, I can identify him if I need to. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. It upsets me that I purchased a vehicle from this business. I was asked if I could come back on Monday, as if I don't have a job to be at! You guys are lucky that you're the only Mitsubishi dealer in the city. I am a loyal Mitsubishi customer, however, I am reconsidering. Thanks for nothing.

I have to write an update because I was treated so horribly yesterday. The service guy I had been going to for a while is no longer there and the new guy I had to deal with was disrespectful, full of himself, and rude. I won't be going back and now have to find somewhere new to have my car serviced :(
