Daniel Perez is a thorough and professional service advisor.  I have been taking my RX 350 to Lexus of Albuquerque since 2010 and each time I was pleased with the service,  the staff, and the efforts of Daniel. His service has played a big role in my decision to purchase another Lexus. Great product and a wonderful trusting experience with the Service dept.  The peace of mind I have from knowing that my vehicle is always taken care of is priceless.  Thank you daniel and the staff
Awesome experience.  Go team lexus of abq.

In  2008 I got a 2003 .  Well, all I will say is don't trust LEXUS OlF ALBUQUERQUE.  They are bottom feeders.  Scum,  They lie to your face wile smiling.
The car was a piece of crap.

First of all, I never, ever take the time to review any businesses, but I was actually shocked (in a good way) by the level of customer service I experienced at this place.  I flew in from Sacramento because I was looking for a specific used car and happened to find it here (via autotrader.com ). Over the phone and via email, Chris Pasek was very helpful and informative.  He honestly expressed what a great car this is, and didn't try to hide any of the minor signs of wear that I expected anyway.  When I arrived, I was greeted at the airport by a kind gentleman who had actually been waiting nearby for me to call, so as to not keep me waiting.  Upon driving the car for the first time, it became apparent that something had been overlooked in the initial inspection.  However, I have no room to complain because of how well I was taken care of from that point on.  They took full responsibility for the issue, went (beyond) out of their way to make it right, and jumped through hoops to keep me on my travel schedule.  Purchasing a used VW, I wouldn't expect to be a particularly high-priority customer for a Lexus dealership.  Also, being from out of state, I may never have the opportunity to be a return customer.  Nonetheless, they had the integrity to do what was right and showed themselves to be a high-class operation.  Ultimately, I ended up with the exact car I wanted, in beautiful condition, for a very reasonable price, and with a smile on my face. Because of the kindness and professionalism of Chris Pasek and his team, I would recommend Lexus of Albuquerque to anyone.

I took my Lexus to get it detailed and the result was damage to the leather seat. What was unbelievable is the lack of lustrous customer service that followed. First, they fabricated the event that the customer service rep spoke to me before I drove off the dealership. No such discussion took place. What was surprising is that the customer service rep knew that the damage was on the passenger side when I called to report the damage.  I take inventory of my Lexus. I know every scuff mark, dent, discoloartion on that car. The damage to the leather seat was not present when I took the car to get it serviced. In summary, they offered to pay 50% to repair the damage. They argued that they did not have any chemicals that would do that kind of damage. However, the counter argument is also true: I do not bring chemicals into the car that would damage the seat. It is suspicious that they knew about the damage, failed to report it to me and then offer to pay fifty percent. I am going to sell my Lexus.

I'll never buy a Lexus again because of the crappy and expensive service at this dealership.  They charged me over $500 for a glorified oil change. Then, when I got home and found a problem with their work, I immediately went back to get it corrected.  What I got was lies and excuses.  The mechanic made up a story about how Albuquerque's altitude affects the tire pressure sensors so they won't go out.  They threw away the valve stem caps and wouldn't offer to replace them.  The so called service manager was an incompetent dolt.  I don't think he knew a darn thing about auto maintenance.  Then, on a follow up call, regardless of how bad the service was, they ask you to give them an outstanding rating on some survey the national Lexus office sends out.  What creeps!
