I had a great deal at this dealership especially having Ronald Tunnell helping me out. He was respectful, courteous, very patient and worked hard to get the price I wanted. The staff was friendly and the establishment was very clean. I was very happy the price they offered for my trade in which was very reasonable in according to Blue Book value. Ron took the the time to show me in depth of my new 2014 Santa Fe Sport Turbo of its features before I took off just to make sure I wasn't lost on the fancy gadgets. He even took the time to check on me the following day to see how I was doing with my new purchase which I never had a sales rep do before. Overall I was very pleased with my experience at this place.

I have been looking for a second car for a few months now and my husband had been emailing with the sales manager here. We were unhappy with some of the other places we had looked at as the interest rates made everything unaffordable. We are working on building our good credit back up and the financial department really helped us out. We ended up with a used 2013 Ford Focus and got a great deal! Also, the interest rate was much lower than every other place we had looked at or went to. We ended up going over our original budget but that's more because it was realistic than anything else. I know some reviews said that they charge a lot more than blue bloom value it we did not find that to be the case.

I took off a star because of two things. First, the sales guy while being very nice, knew almost nothing about the car or its features. He would say one thing was on the car and another wasn't and he'd be wrong on both things. The second thing was that they only had one key for the car, and it was not the admin key. The sales guy told us that this wouldn't make a difference because the car didn't have a MyKey feature (it does) and after having the car for a week we realized that in order to change the MyKey settings, you need that admin key.

Be ware of this dealership. They charged me 4000 over kelly blue book value for a used truck. Do your homework before entering this dealership or they will take advantage of YOU. This was supposed to be with a veteran discount. Vets beware. Not a happy costomer.!

My boss referred me to this particular Hyundai dealership, and I was skeptical at first due to my having awful credit and no down payment. After getting a quote from the GM, I decided to try going for a new car, regardless of my financial situation.

To my surprise, I actually had a GREAT experience purchasing the 2013 Elantra. With help from Alex Peters and my sales consultant, David Rivas, the entire process went smoothly. The staff was friendly and everyone was quick to answer all of my questions and respond to my concerns. The customer service here is exceptional and I'm glad I was referred to a place with a staff I am comfortable trusting.

If you are looking for a new vehicle, definitely give these guys a shot. It's obvious that they actually care about customer satisfaction, and my Elantra is perfect! Thanks for the great deal, guys!
