Garcia Infiniti in Albuquerque, NM

This dealership is the perfect reason not to have an Infiniti in Albuquerque, this is the only Infiniti dealership in NM.

Went in for a recall, the service adviser said the car wasn't bought from them and they had paying clients waiting for more important work. Finally they agreed to perform the recall on the dash, but they didn't install the steering wheel correctly so the car's traction control would activate on it's own after regular driving and almost caused us to get in a wreck.

Greatest car buying experience ever.  Al was informed, professional and did great follow-up without being pushy.  I love the new QX60, and look forward to the same level of professionalism when it comes to servicing the car.

My husband bought his fourth Infiniti from Garcia and he won't even consider another brand. They always take care of us and the service is great. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased my second Infiniti at Garcia.  Shane sold me my first Infiniti in 1998.  Patrick Hornef was my sales guy on this purchase.  I felt like I didn't get a bunch of pressure, I came in and drove a car, discussed a trade in on my BMW that I was presently driving, and went away to think about it.  I went to Carmax, and got a quote, Infiniti matched my Carmax quote, I went alone, as my cutie was working out of town, and sat down with both Shane and Patrick, I walked out with what felt to me to be an excellent deal.  I had done a ton of research and basically stuck to my guns.  Both guys were great, and I had fun buying the car.

Fast forward a year later...
I just moved to WA from NM.  WA requires front license plates, NM does not.  I had contacted the Infiniti dealer in WA and they were telling me that the .35 cent plastic bracket would cost me $150!! crap on a cupcake!  I call up Shane.

Me:  May I speak with Shane please.
Operator:  Let me transfer you to him.
Me:  Thanks
Shane:  Hello this is Shane
Me:  Hi Shane, it's Lyssa... do you remember me...?  I just leased an Infiniti last year.
Shane:  Depends on what you need... :-)
Me:  Huge favor... HUGE!
Shane: Of course I remember you, seriously, what do you need?
Me:  A front license plate bracket, the Infiniti Dealer here wants to charge $150 dollars!!!
Shane:  Look in your trunk, that's were we typically put them, but IF YOU DON"T FIND ONE THERE, (Very Important part of the conversation), I will send one to you for FREE.

Service, a year later, I moved, no chance to sell me another car... you figure it out.

I would definitely rethink buying or leasing a car from Garcia. I worked with Patrick Hornef and Shane Dolinski and both provided horrible customer service and did not stand behind their promises (verbal or written).
