This place is awesome! They are great at what they do and I absolutely trust them with repairs to my car.

I have been here twice and both times I have received exceptional service from Andrew and Joe. I'm so embarrassed that the second time coming to mark's collision Andrew remembered my name ai yai yai! But they were all very informative and kept me in the know as to timelines and repairs. And the repairs looked like new.

This place is so convenient that there is even a shuttle to take you home and if you are renting a car, enterprise is right across the street and they will do to door service, I didn't even have to step out.

Another cool thing as that they work very closely with different car insurances, so my insurance/ mark's collision one did all the work in regard to the estimate and the payoff. All I had to do was bring my car in and drop it off.  All in all a superb experience .

This is Mark's Collision One Westside.  Owned by the Mark's Auto group.  Is avoid them like the plague if at all possible.  My car has been here for a month even though it has been "ready" 3 times now.  They have never given me a problem taking it back to make the work right but they seem to have a very hard time GETTING everything right!  Matt who has been my repair coordinator is easy to work with.  It does seem, however, that they don't have a final inspection process or, if they do, they don't have a very critical eye.  If you have a good eye for bad work and don't mind the frustration of having to go back over and over so the work gets done properly then mark's is a fine choice.  However, if you want it done right without drama I'd look elsewhere....  :-/
