Our car died literally, and our credit is horrendous, but the sales associate Kieran Rose and his supervisor worked super hard to get us something and the monthly payments wound up being 40% less than they initially estimated and we agreed to. I told Mr. Rose that I wanted the cheapest car they had, and that's what he gave me--it turned out to be too old for bank to approve the loan, so he offered me the next cheapest car on lot (7 years newer) for same quote. This one turned out to come with even less interest on loan. Thank you Keiran!

My fiance and I drove up to Springfield from Asbury Park upon the recommendation of my brother who had recently purchased a Camry here . . . we are very happy we did.

Not only did we get the best lease rate we could find on a 2015 RAV-4, but our salesman Dustin was knowledgeable, personable, and best of all, patient . . . he showed us half a dozen vehicles to get us to the best combination of trim, options and affordability we were looking for. We shopped the exact spec at three other Toyota dealers and none were able to give us as good a deal.

Others we interacted with at Toyota Autoland were also great and you can tell from the family-owned history of the place (which I'm told is among the most charitable in the country) that customer service is a priority.

I realize I am gushing here, but in all honesty, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We will definitely be going back next time we are in the market. Thanks, Dustin!

I've been taking my Prius to Autoland Toyota on Rt. 22 for service for quite a few years.  I took it in on Dec. 2 for an oil change and tire rotation.  Next thing I know, they're telling me I need $1400 in repairs including new brakes, front ($485)and back ($275), plus a new thermostat ($483) and a bunch of other stuff.  I then took it to a neighbor who is a master mechanic who said my brakes were fine, and didn't need any work at all.  He said the thermostat wasn't showing any indication of a problem, but with my car's high mileage, it was only a matter of time.  He replaced it for $230, or less than half of the $483 Autoland Toyota wanted.  I get free oil changes for life at Toyota because my car was part of that massive gas pedal sticking recall.  That's the only reason I'd ever go back there.  Buyer beware.  I just sent a letter to Autoland Toyota, to Toyota Motors USA, to the Better Business Bureau and to the New Jersey State Dept of Consumer Affairs.  I hate to sound naive, but I'm absolutely shocked.

Their service dept. Sucks. Very dishonest people and their prices are ridiculously high.  I bought a 2009 corolla and came with lot of problems so they basically patch the problem until the guarantee was over. They know how to screw people. Do not recommend this place.
