Reviews on Town Motor Car Corporation Porsche

Along with their sister Town Audi dealership, Town Motors Porsche is by far the best dealership experience hands down. I've now used both the Audi & Porsche dealership for both sales and service and they blow everyone else out of the water.

Specifically Jake Semon from Town Motors Porsche, Marc Faraj from Town Motors Porsche, and Franklin Scott from Town Audi all went above and beyond throughout each and every interaction.

For those that are new to this dealership - they are more of a boutique that has a strong focus on customer service. This is in contrast to the typical busy & crowded dealerships with high-strong and high-pressure sales people running around. The sales staff here is not pushy and everyone I've interacted with has gone above and beyond to make the car buying and servicing experience as smooth as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys (and do all the time).

Just purchased a pre-owned maserati gran turismo with a trade in. Have nothing bad to say and the guys there (especially Preeth)  are great! Very straight forward and doesn't play games to waste your time. If you want to find the best deal and the best experience in purchasing a new/pre-owned vehicle, then come to this place. Preeth and Daniel are both great salesman and you would not be disappointed with your purchase here!

You would expect outstanding service from a high end dealer like Porsche but no I was wrong. I bought a porsche here and the sales guy was rude and impatient!! He was getting frustrated and he was extremely slow with the paper work. I told him I was in a rush!!! I was here from 11am to 530pm. It doesn't take that long to purchase a car.

They have a wide selection of coffee and drinks in their waiting room but no snacks or food. When I bring my bmw to get serviced they have snacks and food for you. I was here for a long time and I was hungry =( !!!

Marcy in Service is great.  Knows the cars and explains things well.  She sometimes has to call you back but when she does she has it all together.
A salesman, Wil Gakos was very fair to me.  He accomodated my concerns and worked well with a trade-in.
The dealership has been good to me and I plan to buy my next Porsche from them.

Been doing business with Town Motors for over 6 years now, going through about 10 Porsche's. At the same time I've dealt with many other dealers and other brands and I can honestly say I never receive the level of service that I get at Town Motors Porsche at any other establishment. From sales, to managment, to service; this dealership has never let me down. Shopping around for pricing has always led me away from Jack Daniel's Porsche or Manhattan Motor Cars and right back to Town and in the rare cases that I have had problems with my car, the service department has always done everything in their power to get my car back to me as soon as possible, taking the time to explain what the problem with the car was, explaining what had to be done, and in some cases taking me back into the garage to speak directly with their service technicians. In addition, I've attended numerous exclusive Porsche events through invitations from Town Motors. Finally if you are interested in customization and track/race preparation for your Porsche, you will not find a better group of people to steer you in the right direction. Installing at a 3rd party shop is always a bit unnerving because you never really know how much experience tuners or other shops might have with your particular type of car. Town Motors installed all of the Modifications to my car including installation of custom headers, exhaust, and air intakes which put me at ease, because I know everything was done expertly and with care. I recommend Porsche's to anyone and everyone that is serious about driving. And if you're serious about Porsche's, then there really is no other place to get the same amount of service and care that comes with buying from Town Motors Porsche.

Will definitely be doing business with Town for many, many years to come.

Terrible customer service. I dropped my car off for service and never got a call back from the service dept. I called them several times and left messages, and spoke to the receptionist. Still never got a call back. Called the manager and then finally got a call back. I told them to cancel my service and return my car to me. It was returned in worse condition then when I dropped it off. A interior panel was not secured, and it was filthy. Never ever again!

very bad experience trying to buy car. Try to purchase a Porsche from chap named faraja. They acted like they were doing me a favor. Wound up buying at Paul Miller.

The experience I had  entailed attempting to purchase a used 911 cab.
I  liked the car they had, an '06 with more than average miles...  excellent colors and optional equipment. While we didn't come to a final agreement, I found the salesman uninspiring. He managed to even express  annoyance. He made it clear  he felt the car is 'worth the price' so something is wrong with my offer.  When I zeroed in on another car some weeks later, he made an email comment to me  something to the effect   'here we go again'  when we began negotiating.  His increasing snootiness next resulted in offering me this second car, an '03 coupe, Certified. However, I had a feeling, so called mgt about it and found it beyond the time limit for Certification potential.  The salesman came back to me and apologized,  saying that in fact the car was too old to Cert.  He soon  offered me the car at a price, with 6 mo powertrain.
I asked if this time he confirmed it. He  said well, I'll check, but if I can do it, will you buy it?   so , you get the idea. He met the level of the corner shlock used car lot. Not up to standard for a Porsche dealer.
The manager is a stand up fellow... and the car I drove was nice. But who needs that type of experience. I guess in the shadow of Benzel Busch, he's not THAT bad.
