In Service, ask for Joe Rollin, definitely took care of my truck when it was there for an oil change. FYI: I don't normally let any shop near my cars

If I could give less than a one star I would. this was the worst dealership my wife and I went to from all of the Ford dealerships and state of jersey or New York city. Do not trust this dealership especially NOT JIM a liar and a cheat. go anywhere else

On Saturday (7/5/14), I went to lease a Ford Escape and get rid of my current lease (from another dealership).  There was one other customer on the lot besides my fiance & I.  For a Saturday, this place was deserted!!  We overheard the other family get upset and they stormed out.  (not a very good 1st impression)

Anyway, I was quoted  a very good price  and was ready to sign on the dotted line but we told him we did not want to pay the disposition fee for my lease ($395).  (My current lease is UNDER miles and in perfect condition).  The owner (an older man with white hair)  refused to cover that cost and we ended up leaving.

Now Tuesday (7/8/14) we get a call to let us know that the price of the car we wanted has increased AND there was an additional $1700 extra charge they would be adding to the lease if we wanted to STILL buy it......  WHAT????  WHY, WHY would a dealership call a potential customer to let them know they INCREASED the initial price??  Wouldn't you call the customer ONLY if you have good news??  Why they would wasted their time & breath is beyond me.   Did they really think I would want to lease a car from them after they increased the price??  I am baffled.

My fiance & I read the 2 bad reviews before we walked into the showroom and still decided to give them a shot. I regret that now and I'm so offended they would call to offer the same car are at increased rate.  That's ridiculous!  There are way to many dealerships in New Jersey for this Ford dealer to act like they are the end all be all!

We leased a Ford Escape from this dealer. First, the salesman tells us that he would pay off our old lease. We said that we think there are 3 payments left. He says don't worry he will call to find out the pay off figure. Also, he led us to believe that he would take care of any problems with Nissan. Well, we get a bill from Nissan for due payments. It seems because we said 3 payments that was all they paid for. Everything else we had to pay too, the bad tires, little dent Everything!! He did not take care of a thing. Now to the Ford. Well only get it if you love to buy gas!!! The worst car on gas I ever had. Lucky if I get 18 miles to the gallon. They claim about 24, I wish. Also the car has turbo boost - hate it. Whenever, I give the car the gas instead of getting power, it hesitates, bad. I even worry when I have to pass a car because I don't know how the car will handle it. Can't wait until this lease is up & we will NEVER get another Ford.
