Really, truly amazed at the level of service I received at the collision center after bringing my '04 Mazda3S in for repairs after a young lady wrapped her giant U-Haul truck around my bumper (see photos).

I wanted to come to Woodhouse because I wanted to make sure that only OEM Mazda parts were used for the repair and because I take my car here for regular maintenance and have always been satisfied.

My estimator was Brian Gilchrist, and he was top-notch and professional every step of the way. He drafted an estimate in fewer than 15 mins and off I went to the insurance company. They decided to pay out for the repairs based on a second estimate that was cheaper than Woodhouse's. Woodhouse had repairs at $2400 and Charlie Graham was at $1800.

Well, guess what Woodhouse did? They matched the price. So in my my Mazda went this week for reconstruction. New bumper, new headlamp assembly and some body work on the fender.

Brian said it would be 3-5 days. It was done in 3.

He even texted me when it was ready. Yup. Texted me.

They also washed, waxed and thoroughly vacuumed her at no extra cost. I needed an oil change and a tire rotation and that was all done when I picked her up. There was never any confusion, games, price changes or run-around to deal with.

It was just...simple and straight-forward. Absolutely ideal. And Brian is an excellent employee.

So, once again I find myself back at Woodhouse. This time it is for my lessened ability to stop and not have an annoying grinding sound. If you recall I am not the most car savvy so I called for an appointment. That was yesterday. today I am here. Waiting in the waiting room li9ke a soon to be father awaiting news about  the birth of his first child.  I have already taken a test drive with Dan (who I will buy my next car from), gotten a ride to AutoZone from Bill (needed even more parts), talked with Andy the Tech (he worked on my car last time), and got sweet talked by Zach the Estimator.
i purchased all the parts I needed off site and am just having Woodhouse do the work because I most likely will louse it up.  Possibly by being a return idiot I am able to save ~$125.
This repair includes new rotors, calipers, and brake pads as well as a line flush and fill. the included tire rotation and 60 point check is fair and I will get a report card for my baby.
Everyone here is great at what they do and I dislike giving my money away, but here it is a fair value. Maybe I can get a few free carwashes out of the deal? It is a lot of money for a relatively easy procedure, but now there is accountability on someone else.
I know that I will be back. I hope not for at least 6 months.  The salesman, Dan, was very friendly and provided me with information on the type of car I will be buying. he sought out the features I wanted and produced a really nice vehicle that had everything but the exact color I like. I could learn to like metallic storm gray in about 5 minutes. I felt no pressure and that is what will bring me back unless I break something else on my car

My wife was in the market for a new car to replace the gas guzzling pile of crap 2009 Dodge Journey that we owned.  We worked with John Stearn and he was excellent!  She drove a CX-5 at first but I pleaded with her to try the Mazda 3 as it got a little better gas mileage and it just looked cooler.  She loved it upon driving it and we have not looked back.  She did buy heated seats and a remote start that they put on aftermarket and she has had no problem with either working exactly as they should.  The car gets great gas mileage and is a blast to drive.  Working with Woodhouse was easy from the sale to finance, we got a great deal and rate.  Go there now if you are looking for a great new car, you won't be sorry.

I was excited to witness the famous Woodhouse car buying experience. Woodhouse has been infamous as an excellent Omaha business, always in good standing and supposedly a great place to by from. We were helped by Dennis, a friendly salesman.
We showed up 10 minutes early for our appointment. Why we had to make an appointment, I am not really sure. Our salesman was about 6 minutes late, so we waited around for 16 minutes.
We were shown some really nice cars, but when it came down to numbers, it was all business without ANY wiggle room. He claimed that all the cars were marked at the price and couldn't be moved AT ALL. I didn't really believe this. So when you come here, please be aware that they will not really work with numbers.
The experience was more formal and business than I would have liked. There was nothing really personable about it, unlike what I would expect from a family-owned business.
I am hoping the other Woodhouses we look at will be better suited to my and my husband's relaxed personalities.

Highly recommend this dealership. Never experienced any of the "games" or weird feelings. Easy to deal with. Our sales person John Stearn was patient and friendly, and the sales manager was good at his job (ha!) with a good sense of humor. They are military-friendly which is always a plus.
Regarding the cars, I like a place where there's a small variety to choose from with reasonable sticker prices. The Mazda 6 grand touring is amazing. Sporty and family friendly at the same time.
