Fast and curtious service at at reasonable price. Who could ask for more?  but wait...there's more  Free car wash, free cookies, free ice cream and if you are a car person, dozens of new and used vehicles inside the building to look at.  I have been buying new cars for over 30 years and this is the first dealership I can truly say I enjoy visiting.

Plaza is the best place to service your cars. They are very friendly, quick and efficient. I love the business friendly waiting area where I can get my work done while I wait. And the warm chocolate chip cookies are heaven sent!

Worst dealership ever! Went there yesterday to test drive a new car with my wife and two kids, and they put us in a car that ran out of gas in less than half a mile. It was snowing and cold, and we were stranded on the side of a very busy 4 lane street with no shoulder in high danger of being rear ended. The dealership's phones weren't working, so I sent my wife and kids to tell them what was happening while I stood on the road and waved at oncoming traffic to slow down and change lanes. The dealer left me out there for 30 minutes, freezing and wet, and didn't apologize or show any remorse. Unacceptable!

I just bought a 2015 GMC Terrain. I had by far the best service I have ever had from a dealership! It is not that I've ever had bad experiences with other dealerships, I just had that wonderful of an experience at Plaza! Jim Leonard helped me find the vehicle that best met my needs. He was absolutely perfect! There was never any moment of pressure! Jim is nothing like the typical car salesman. He was there to give me options and help me find what fit my needs while providing education so that I made the best possible choice. I can honestly say I will never go to another car dealership! Between the amazing service, indoor shopping option and free ice cream there is absolutely no reason to ever shop anywhere else! Plaza Buick and Jim Leonard set the bar for how a car dealership should run. They blow the competitors out of the water! Love them!!!!

My daughter went to Plaza to test drive a Buick Encore and was helped by Kevin Hergott in Sales.  She loved the car and Kevin was understanding enough not to put too much pressure on her.  He called me a few days later to go over the incentives that were available to me.  I told him we were looking at several options and would let him know.  He called me back early Monday of the next week and I was ready to make a decision at that point.  I told him what we needed, what price we needed to be at and with a little research he came back with the exact thing we wanted.  

Kevin was very helpful in finding the exact car my daughter wanted and helping me find the incentives we needed to get the pricing where it had to be.  Great sales person and I would recommend him highly.

Other staff members at Plaza were helpful and quick to get things done.  Appreciated the loaner car while we were waiting for "our" car to come in.

I live in Denver and needed a used car for a student at one of the the universities in the Omaha area.  I explained to Al Wittman what I wanted and my price range.  He gave me his personal cell phone and told me he would do some research and be back in touch with some options.  Lickety split, Mr Wittman calls me back the same day and gives me several options that fit what I need, all very fairly priced.  The online views of the car made it easy to see that the car was clean and in good shape.  The fact that this dealership came highly recommended by a friend in Omaha reinforced Mr. Wittman's claim that their cars would are checked out and in good mechanical condition.  A short time later I received an emailed invoice and I was pleasantly surprised that the price included items I expected to be extra.  That very same evening, a young college student had wheels and a giant smile.  We have Mr Wittman and the good people at Plaza Buick GMC to thank for a flawless experience that exceeded our expectations.

I worked with Tyler Bauer who manages internet sales and Anthony Booker, a finance manager at the dealership.  Both men were professional, honest and they bent over backwards to comply with every request.  

I bought a used car from this dealer which I found on Ebay.  The car was a very low mileage Toyota Avalon for $16,304.  This is the first car I ever purchased using Ebay.

Tyler provided me with a Carfax report.  After I had placed a deposit on the car and before I picked it up Anthony Booker got me a copy of the Plaza GMC service department's inspection report on the car.

I flew to Omaha from California to pick up the car.  Tyler arranged for a driver from the dealership to pick me up and drive me to Plaza GMC.  Tyler and I took the car for a lengthy test drive and when we were done we quickly finished paperwork and I was on my way.

It is unusual to buy a car this way, and I was probably the customer from hell.  I insisted that the car be stone cold before I got to the dealer so that I knew it did not have any problems when it was cold.

Tyler and Anthony were honest, professional and very accommodating.  They seemed to understand that flying 2000 miles to inspect and pick up a car can make a person very careful, and they complied with every request.

I would recommend Tyler and Anthony and Plaza GMC Buick to any friend or family member.
