Since posting this review, I have received a call back from Courtney who informed me that they have no record of me filling out the form at their dealership. Happy to have finally gotten a call back, not happy that a form filled out with my pertinent information and signature, entrusted to them, can not be located. Am starting the process over again via email - will update via Yelp.

We use Performance Ford for servicing our Ford F150. We moved to Omaha recently and needed to find a Ford dealership and Performance Ford was recommended to us. Overall I love that they have a nice waiting area with a gourmet coffee machine and free water. The service people are always friendly as well. My one issue is that we have always had to wait longer than an hour and a half to two hours for the oil to be changed. This is totally fine because of the amenities but is a little long compared to other places we have had our vehicle serviced. I think it is probably a great thing for the dealership though because it means that they have a lot of business which gives us confidence in taking our vehicle there. We will continue to use Performance Ford for our service needs and when we are in the market for a new truck!

Not impressed with Performance Ford. I Made an appointment with a salesman that assured me that I would only be working with him. Came in for my appointment only to be told that he wasn't there and that he arranged to have me work with another salesman. Stuff happens I get it, but I had just emailed him that day and he responded so why not tell me that you aren't going to be there...? So I wait around for this other salesman for about 20 minutes. He never shows up so the receptionist has to (literally) grab someone else to help us out. He seems very scattered I tell him which car I would like to test drive and he goes to get the keys. I wait around some more and then a different salesman comes back with no keys and says that he'll be helping me now. So I tell him which car  I would like to test drive and he tells me it's been sold.  I waited around for 30 minutes for that? Disappointing customer service, my first salesmen knew that was the car I was interested in why not let me know it's been sold when were emailing back and forth about it that same day? If you wanna get passed around to different sales people (even if you made an appointment) this is the place for you but I won't be coming back.

I went in two weeks ago to find out about the process when my lease ends in July. I asked about what kind of financing they could offer me and he told my payment on a $15,800 loan would be $350 for 60 months. That's a 12.5% APR if anyone was wondering. But they don't tell you that. So make sure you check online and with local banks to get a better rate.

The kicker however was that I asked multiple times if they ran my credit and if so, if I could get a copy of the report (which they did when I first leased the car there two years ago). The salesman told me at least twice that they ended up not having to run my credit.

Too bad I have credit monitoring. And their check of my credit showed up. After telling me repeatedly that they didn't.

So I called today to again ask why they ran it when they told me I didn't and why I didn't get a copy. I tried to talk to a manager (Brad) to express my displeasure in his salesman, and Brad was beyond rude to me. He asked me multiple times to spell my name and couldn't get it right, at one point thinking the combination "lgn" was in it. I'm not sure how that would be pronounced, but it isn't part of my name.

You would think a manager would be a little more responsive when part of his sales force is caught in a lie, but apparently they don't want my $15,800 business. I will go to another dealer to close out my lease.

What a great experience.  Got exactly the car I wanted, great value on my trade in, very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Love my new Ford Fusion AWD.

Service department has also been great on a previous purchase I had with them.  I know it will be just as good for my new car.

Took my truck in for a check engine light and issues with the brakes. $240, yes $240, for diagnosis!! That wasn't the worst part. I was quoted $1600 for new brakes pads & 4 rotors and $650 for a new knock sensor. I don't know if its because I work for a railroad company or if it is just shady business practices but these prices are way off the mark. I took my truck to another reputable company, in Omaha, that told me that I did NOT need 4 new rotors, just 2 in the rear. $800 for brakes all around, including 2 rotors, and less than $500 for a new sensor. Not only that but the Performance Ford Service Department technician failed to notice that all 4 shocks were completely blown. If they had inspected the brakes, like I was told they did, this would've been noticed immediately, due to oil all over them. Sad to say this isn't the first time that their service department has failed to correctly diagnose a problem. The last time I had it in, for a exhaust gas temp and ambient air temp sensors, they failed to order the correct parts. I was out of my truck 3 days due to their mistake. While they were "fixing" the 2 sensors I told the service writer of a noise when the turbo was spooling up. When I picked up my truck I asked the service writer about the noise, he told me that the technician found nothing out of the normal. 2 days later when power was reduced and check engine light was on again, my truck was back in the Performance Ford shop. Cause a cracked intercooler tube. In order to remedy this problem, which they created, a new tube was stripped from a truck for sale on the lot. If you want quality service, honest quotes and pricing, and a knowledgable service staff I would highly recommend a going to a different Ford dealership.

Anytime you get a chance to work directly with the Vice President of a dealership, you know you are in the right place. Performance was able to put us in a dream car without a nightmare payment.

Chris Lidgett is such a great person. I have known Chris for quite a while, and bought a few cars from him personally. He outdid himself on our last purchase. We weren't upsold or down-sold, he actually listened. He got us into a vehicle that was what we needed, but more importantly was what we wanted.

After giving everything short of my first born (i don't have kids) we have been ignored for three weeks on whether or not we have been approved.  I have called three additional times leaving two messages and talking to the sales rep once.  Still no call back. I would not recommend this place at all.  I gave three weeks before writing this review.
