This rating is a balance between automobile and dealership experiences.

We just completed a three year lease on an SLK . The car was wonderful, the performance outstanding, and the overall experience was memorable.

Our issue is with Ashley, the salesperson. She was attentive during our initial interest in a Mercedes - and three years later when the lease was expiring. Otherwise, she simply vanished. After the contract was signed, the appointment for going over the car's features was cursory. She was not available when we had questions and didn't return phone calls. My wife also emailed some research Ashley had interest in, and didn't even receive acknowledgement.

Our final and lasting impression was the day we returned the car. While doing some paperwork, she just left us standing at the desk, without explanation. Finally - and only after some prompting - the receptionist went to find her. Without apology, Ashley said she had to finish up something else on her desk - and was hoping we'd browse and find something else. Obviously without her input. Our impression was that we were a sale, the sale was over, and her paperwork was more important than leaving a good final impact.  Even a rookie salesperson shouldn't make these kinds of errors. My wife was livid.

A piece of advice: even if a customer is nothing more than a sale, at least fake it - act like they're important. It either adds to, or subtracts from, the overall experience. Hence, the two stars.

The icing on the cake was the smile on her face as she revealed the $500 delivery charge for the privilege of returning their car back to them. She actually tried to use it as leverage to have us consider a new lease. Kinda makes me warm and fuzzy just remembering it.

She wasn't rude, but she obviously didn't care. We expected more because, after all, it was a Mercedes. We've had better rapport with Ford and Nissan. If we ever do go back, it will be with a different salesperson.

John, Zach & The F&I gent were knowledgeable, responsive, commuted, & very professional. Their genuine concern for me as a customer was felt throughout!  

Benz is a luxury brand & the Omaha team exceeded my expectations during my purchase process. Well done team!!

If i have to buy a car every year I would have. Everyone work there are nice and friendly. I had to work with Andrew Williams he went above and beyond to get me what I need. Thank you everyone you all are very hard worker

I called the dealer in hopes of getting some insight to my problem with my Mercedes. Having been a mechanic for a local dealer, I know a lot of dealers brush you off when asking for advice. Of course that's exactly what happened. They blew me off and hung up on me. When I called back they told me, of course I could bring my car in, but they weren't going to help me. All I wanted was the answer to a yes or no question. Thanks for nothing.

I have been to friendlier honda dealerships. The wait time is horribly estimated by the staff, and from my experience your time is not important to them. I did not experience rudeness but I did however get a great deal of indifference.
Let's just say I was quoted an hour and I ended up eating stale asian snack mix and watching an employee's favorite tv channel for over 3 hours. Not once was I approached about waiting longer, and once my service was done, the only thing I received was my bill and my key.
