When we decided we wanted a new 2015 Malibu, Huber was our choice dealership to check the inventory. After looking at the cars available, our next question was "What color do we want?" Ok, so we have decided on the Iridescent Pearl with the Jet Black interior. Time to contact the dealership... From the first contact to the last, Everybody that we dealt with was above superb. They all put the saying "above and beyond" to a mediocre standard, because they went even higher than that. I can't even come up with the words to describe how wonderful this dealership is. A special Thank you to Rod and Greg, and a thank you to all those behind the scenes as well. We have found OUR dealership. THANK YOU!

I have been bringing my vehicle to Huber the past several years and have always been treated the best. Recently my vehicle was towed to your location as it would not start. Dave in service was very helpful and explained what was the matter with my vehicle and my options. He was very thoughtful in the fact that he gave me a couple days to think about what I wanted to do, and when I called back wanting to look into a new vehicle he put me in touch with your sales department. Rustin was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing my vehicle. He helped me decide the best option, and did not pressure me at all. Which was very nice, as I did test drive some other vehicles (Hyundia & Kia) and the sales people were awful. Rustin also kept a sense of humor when dealing with my family whom tagged along. He has answered all of my questions, and continues to help me even after driving off the lot in my New Trax. I am a Huber client for life now, because of my experience. Thank you so much!!

I have always done business with Sid Dillion.. I went to Huber a couple of months ago after I got into an accident and had to replace my Equinox. I told the certified used manager that if he would give me this particular equinox for the price I wanted.. huber would gain another Client. The manager was great. However my sales guy (too douchey to remember his name) I told him I would be back later that day with a check. He told me to come earlier bc it was his early day off.. That shoulda been my first red flag. Then I told him I wanted it cleaned up and a full tank of gas. He laughed and told me since I was getting such a good deal on my 'rig' a tank of gas was a real stretch. I totally thought he was joking. So I get back to the dealership later and he was being extremely nosey about my accident and had the nerve to ask if I came out good on my insurance settlement.. Long story long... I was not impressed with my sales guy. However the service department isn't bad. Very professional and thorough. Was NOT pleased that my check engine light turned on 2 months after I purchased it. Thank The Lord for Cerfified warranty !

Very knowledgeable techs but extremely pricey. I specifically said I just want the one problem fixed and I didn't need the courtesy inspection. Done anyway. I was surprised that a GM parts seller had to wait a week to get a part in. I asked about a re-manufactured part at half the price but was told Huber will not do this. Considering the new part was $800, I was hoping to have cheaper alternatives. I did like the good communication and professionalism of the techs. The lady working in the payment area was cold and unfriendly. She seemed bothered by the fact that she had to get up and take my money ($1170).

Also - car was in shop for nearly a week and no loaner car was offered.

We found our salesman Chris knowledgeable about the car we bought, a Volt.   There was no pressure from him or Jay (manager) about buying.   They were very professional, upfront & very comfortable to be dealing with.  The deal was straight forward and clear.

We recently brought our GMC Acadia we had purchased 6 months before at Carmax to Huber to get the transmission repaired (turns out that's an issue for this model).  A gentleman by the name of Chet Dreesen helped us out and could not have been more friendly or helpful.  We got a nice loaner and the whole thing was done free of charge very quickly!  I would happily come here again for any issues with our car and if the manager is reading this give Chet a big raise - that kind of customer service is priceless!!!!!

I've visited this dealer's repair shop twice.

The first time I just needed to buy a battery.  I thought the battery I had purchased from a Chevy dealer in California might still be under warranty, but apparently Chevy doesn't have their dealer's computer systems linked together.  Since California is Pacific time, I had to wait two hours for the other dealership to open so I could call them for the information.  Not that it did me any good, because Huber didn't have the necessary battery in stock.  I wish they'd told me that before I waited 2 hours.

The second time, my car broke down and I had it towed to Huber since they were the closest dealer.  They charged me more for both the labor and the parts than any other dealer I called.

The people I've dealt with in their service department were brusque and sometimes downright rude, almost as if they didn't want my business.
