Very nice experience on getting my son his first car.  Paul was great to work with --very personable without being pushy.  The time between saying yes and signing the final paperwork was long, but it was Saturday .

I own 2011 Chevy Cruz.  This was my first time buying American made car because the Cruz had great ratings.  It has had 5 or 6 recalls now.  Which I don't fault your service dept for that.  But you need to stand by your vehicle you sell and give good service.  While your service dept is very friendly, your actual mechanics and service people don't seem to know how to fix things properly or pay attention to detail.  One example of this is that I had my oil change done quite a while back and started experiencing bad oil leak staining my driveway.  I brought it in and was told they could find nothing wrong.  Took it home leaked large amount of oil again overnight, so I had to take pictures and brought it back in to show the service department.  They than found it was the O ring around the filter.
This last time I brought it in for another recall on the engine coolant.  I had no problems or leaks prior to bringing the car in on a Thursday 10/16/14.  Picked up my car that evening.  Over the weekend it started leaking fluid pretty bad.  Received a courtesy call Monday 10/20/14 to ask how things were.  I explained my issue and she told me the service manager would call me to set up a time to bring back in.  I let two days go by without receiving a call before I had to call myself and set up time to bring it in.  During this time my right rear tire started to lose 10-12psi per day.  So when I brought it in for them to fix the fluid leak which let me remind you was not happening prior to the recall check, I told them I needed the tire checked as well.  It was 20psi that morning when I dropped it off.
I was called later in the day and told the car was finished, and that pressure test found bypass hose leaking and they replaced the bypass hose.  I picked up my car and was charged $50.00 as my car was under extended warranty.  Why was I charged anything at all when I had no issues prior to bringing the car in for the recall inspection, and obviously your "service" department must of did something to cause the issue during the inspection.  After I pay I go to leave and remember that I asked to have my tire looked at too.  They mentioned nothing about it until I had to ask.  I was told there were not nails or punctures and they found nothing wrong with the tire.  I asked then why is it losing 10-12psi every day?  To which I was told, well it was at 20psi when you brought it in but maybe it is the valve step or seal on rim, etc...  Then why wasn't this checked out???   I just left.  I'm done at this point.  Greg Young sold me a lemon, and I have no confidence in your service department at all to want to ever bring it back in and do service with you at all.
I will take my car to local Midas in Bellevue that does amazing work and fixes things right the first time and pays attention to the customer.  And when I go to get rid of this vehicle, I will go back to buying foreign made.  You can buy a car that isn't great and not be the dealers fault.  But when your service is bad, you lose your customer and anyone that he talks to as well.

To be a fair review, I came back to post more.  After filling out my survey I received a call within 20 minutes of submission from Jeff, one of the service managers.  He was very apologetic and understood my frustrations.  He wanted to make it right and they came to my work place, picked up my car, repaired the tire, and refunded the $50.00 from the initial recall of engine coolant bypass hose.  This is the way service should be and I respect Greg Young and Jeff for doing this.  Very appreciative and that is why I cam back to change the review.  Unfortunately for him and Greg Young, because of past experience it has left a sour taste and I'm not confident that I can rely on Jeff and his service to be the one I get every time v.s. the service I received from the others.  If my service isn't under warranty I still won't be back because of this which is a shame.

I would've paid more to go somewhere else, in retrospect. Rude people even for a car dealership

We worked with Lenny to buy our 2014 Chevy Equinox and he was amazing. We live downtown and Gregg Young is located off of 168th and Dodge so we weren't able to make it out there until after 8 pm. Lenny stayed after closing time to allow us to test drive the vehicle on two occasions and he also spent extra time with us to make sure we found the perfect vehicle for us. He was kind and knowledgeable and knew exactly what was important to me and didn't try to sell me on things that I didn't want or need. We also love Gregg Young for all of the extra perks. The free car washes and vacuuming for the life of the vehicle, 2 years free maintenance and the amazing service hours are just a few of the great included amenities. We were very happy with our decision to purchase a vehicle here!

Zach was an excellent salesman and Travis was very helpful as well. If you're looking for a great selection and top notch customer service, then Gregg Young Chevrolet should be your first stop.

I have consistently worked with Gregg Young Chevrolet for over 3 years. The staff there are wonderful, especially Bob Holland. Knowledgable, helpful, friendly not pushy. They will help you with budgeting and finding the right car!

The staff here was great when we purchased our new vehicles.  They took the time to make sure we got the features that we needed and made sure all of our questions were answered.  I have been back a couple of times for routine service and every time, they take care of things promptly and get me back on the road.  I also love the free car washes any time since I bought the car there.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Gregg Young Chevy and they are great.  The entire process is very easy from start to finish.  My sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions.  I highly recommend giving Gregg Young an opportunity when you buy your next car.

I just purchased my 10th vehicle from Gregg Young Chevrolet.  Great people that have always treated me fair.  Use them for service and love the Corvette Cafe.  Keep up the great work.
