Now that my full year mediation & arbitration is over, I can now tell all of you that you should not even consider giving this company your business for one second. I purchased a 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo / 951 from Terry Kuhel @ Classic Auto Sales in Omaha Nebraska. I live in California. I was sold a car that was described to be an all original one owner car in flawless condition. My salesperson was Terry.  It took 3 weeks to get all the info out of him that I was looking for because he was regularly out of the office at his ranch according to whomever was answering the phone those days.  Terry pledged to be my hands & eyes & do a detailed walk around of the car, depicting every minor flaw & over all condition report, over the phone.  Terry told me the car was in 2013 car showroom condition & was absolutely flawless.  While I sat at a computer in California & Terry in Nebraska touching the car, after he had completed his version of a walk around, I managed to point out a dent in the rear end of the car about the size of a pinky finger tip which hed missed.  While he was sitting in the drivers seat giving me the breakdown, I asked if the shift boot had any wear marks or holes on it from use.  He said no, not from this side.  I told him I was looking at his website photos of the interior & saw a hole in the shift boot.  He said Let me walk around to the other side... so he gets in the passenger seat and says oh ya there is...  These cars are notorious for developing cracked dashboards.  I made it perfectly clear that I was looking for an all original car without paint work of cracks in the dash etc.  I asked Terry what condition the dash was in.  He told me it was perfect.  I asked him to send me pictures.  The pictures checked out alright, no cracks.  So, after verifying the few minor flaws were the only flaws I would see on the car when it arrives via enclosed transporter, I agreed to buy the car.  I signed a purchase agreement for the amount agreed upon.  The car rolled off the transporter at my home in California & immediately I was aware that the walk around of the car Terry performed was from behind his office desk or with his eyes closed.  He didnt care to tell me at all what the actual condition is.  Just what he wanted me to hear so he could make a sale & get rid of a car that he had had a hard time selling for the year hed owned it.
The Passenger Window is INOPERABLE.
The Sunroof DOES NOT WORK.
The Rear Seat Cushions are DAMAGED & exposing foam.
The Exhaust Pipe has been crushed from I dont know what but assume being backed into a parking curb, which bent & cracked the pipe to a point that it collects condensation & has RUSTED through.
The Headlights bounce up & down when you switch them to the off position.
The Valve Cover Gasket seeps oil & causes large quantities of smoke under the hood.
The Passenger Front Fender, nose, hood have all been repainted.
The Dash is sun damaged & cracked & has a new plastic cap covering it.
The Shift Boot not only has a hole atop it, it is in no way attached to the center console.
3 of the Wheels have curb rash.
3 of the Wheels have wheel locks & none of the wheels lock keys came with the car.
Only one key came with the car.
Paint Chips, Scratches, Dents, Cracked Rocker Trim Panels.
The Bill Of Lading from the transporter shows 49 physical exterior damage markings.

When I contacted Terry to discuss the issues, his response was "Ive got your money, youve got the car, we have no issues. Call a lawyer."
I did speak with 2 attorneys & they both agreed that I certainly have a winning case but it would cost nearly $18,000 to win a case worth a few thousand dollars less than the case would cost. So I turned to the Nebraska Better Business Bureau.  They drug their feet & turned this into a one year battle.
I contacted the original owner of this car who confirmed the sunroof had not operated since 1991 & that he had had some paint work done to the car.  He also was such a gentleman & even had the extra set of keys & wheel lock keys & mailed them to me.  He even offered how much he received for the car when he sold it.
The actual arbitration that just took place was an absolute joke.  I laid out all the facts, submitted evidence, provided an email statement from the original owner verifying the condition of the car. ALSO, I never signed a purchase contract, as is form, tax form & still have the original unsigned forms in my hand.  I only signed an agreement to buy at a price agreed upon.  Terry denied the car had ever been painted & but later in the arbitration let it slip that the car had been in the paint shop.  The arbitrator asked "so this car was painted or not?" Terry said "no, only had touch ups done."  This car has no touch up paint, just full panels painted.
The arbitrator ruled in favor of the dealer because I bought the car as is & signed the purchase agreement. Never took into account I didnt sign the AS IS or any binding contracts.  FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.

Stay away from this place. These guys are total crooks. Typical used car salesmen. They will say anything to make the sale. Paid over high bluebook and got sold a complete rust bucket when I was told the car was perfect. Nothing but problems and they do nothing but make excuses. Wish I could post photos. TOTAL LOSERS.
