Absolute worst experience I've ever had. Very unprofessional. They messed up my tag. It was suppose to be a weighted tag and then they couldn't even get it right when they tried to fix it. They also lost my spare key? Asked for them to mail it to me repeatedly but it never happened. Very aggressive selling techniques. They just would not take no as an answer.

The worst car buying experience I've ever had in my entire life!!  I will save up my money in the future and just pay cash. Not everyone there lacks integrity but the many I've encountered...DO! Sold me a "Used" car passing it off as New.  We are going to court for that!.  Picked up my "New" car with trash in the backseat, weed/dirt paraphernalia in the drivers side door, stained backseats, rap cd in the cd player, FREE "3 month XM radio" stopped after 15 days of ownership....Just trashy oh but they cleaned the outside of the vehicle? Anthony Peake ...appears nice when your buying but don't agree with him and you'll be on his sh** list. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing!!  GM - rude and lacks customer service skills. Totally ignored my request and walked away with no explanation.  My paperwork says the car had 855 miles and it ended up having 8,101 miles on it. While waiting heard several complaints from other shoppers. Looking to do a class action suit so anyone with a similar problem with this dealership, please email me at: blessedsoil@gmail.com

lost my new car title i took them  month to fix it stayed a month with a shabby rental  car  . They have no free oil change for new car from them

I bought a new Hybrid Sonata in October 2013. They said I was all set with the dmv as they had switched the tag over to the new car. I was pulled over in November and the police had no record of the car being registered. I had to straighten all of that out myself, including going to court, and never got so much as an apology from Hyundai. In March, I brought the car in for an oil change, and Jerome informed me I needed a new transmission because I must have hit something and it was irreparably damaged. (?) I had not had an accident! Maybe hit a speed bump and scraped the bottom, but not even enough of a concern to pull over.
There was a sketchy vibe to the guys all staring at me while he spoke very quickly. Well they still have my car 3 weeks later, after many annoying phone calls about insurance and $ (I have good insurance), and now they claim they haven't gotten the insurance check and will not release the car even though it has been ready for over a week. At one point they called to say I could pick up the car and when I went to get it,  they couldn't find the insurance check. They made me wait while they called my insurance co. and I finally left and told them to call me when the car was really ready. On another call they wanted my credit car payment over the phone BEFORE I picked up the car. Every interaction I have had here they have been unprofessional bordering on rude. You might have success buying a car here, but look elsewhere for service.

All around a shady place to do business. Overly zealous car salesman that stalk you long after you have told them no. We ended up buying a Hyundai elsewhere with more professional associates. My teenager brought his Hyundai here to have them apply replace the Hyundai trunk emblem, which they gave us a quote over the phone, then charged my son $5.more than the quote. Then they added another $5. onto the bill for "DOCUMENT FILING/STORAGE AND ENVIRONMENTAL WASTE CHARGES". The only thing they did was put the adhesive trunk emblem on! My teenage son did not know any better, and paid for it with his own money. When he told me what happened, I was outraged they took advantage of a kid! I spoke with the service manager, Mike Gilbert, and he tried to tell me that they add this charge onto everyone's bill and that the government makes them do it! I called BS on that, and finally got him to say he would send my son $5. back, which of course he never did. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SKETCHY BUSINESS!

This dealership pulled the classic bait and switch. They were condescending, dishonest and lacked the integrity that is clearly stated in the mission statement for their parent organization, Keith Hawthorne Automotive Group, during a recent car buying transaction.  Haven't seen anything like this in my years of customer service and sales experience.

We had a great car buying experience last weekend with these guys. Our salesman Chip was very friendly and helpful. Like any car dealership, you always get the usual run around, but we felt that these guys did a overall great job in treating us right. I will be back in the future and will suggest this dealership to others as well.

Holy amazing service. I came in to get a few recalls fixed and yes they slightly tried to up sell but respectfully backed off when I said I wasn't interested. However, hands down the best service I've ever had from a dealership. Polite. And they even provided a free shuttle to my office even though I was only there to get recalls fixed and didn't end up spending a dime with them.
