Purchased our 4th Land Rover (3rd Range Rover) from the incomparable Jim Rumfelt who has guided us on all of these cars.  Jim actually looks after his customers and the adage "people buy from who they want to buy from" is so true when it comes to working with Jim! And when it comes to service, Gary Buss and Brad Barley have worked with us for years. All solid professionals. Great to have multi year relationships with first class folks like these.

Just purchased our first Range Rover from Land Rover Charlotte and couldn't be more excited! Great buying experience with a hard working and knowledgable salesperson Rick Malloy! We would definitely recommend Rick and Land Rover Charlotte to anymore.

After one year of owning a Range Rover I have had to visit the service center only twice, however, I cannot express the great service I have received each time.  My first visit was for my Year Service, where I received a courtsey verhicle, was contacted on some additional items they identified and then contacted when my car was ready.  I arrived and they had my car ready and washed and walked me through everything they had done.
This past week I had to go back to my "Break Pad" light coming on and off over the last two weeks.  New Brake Pads, no way..I haven't put that many miles on my car.  Needless to say it was not the brakes, but rather the battery that was not connecting properly. Thank goodness.  Again, the service was top notch.  Now, let me tell you there are only two service representatives, Gary and Gary, but that has never seemed to be an issue. They are both great and both on top of all their customers.  I also was happy to see they had a Yelp "Check-In" plaque in the waiting room.  Thanks Gary and Gary, I look forward to my next visit.

I have been into the branch multiple times, once to buy a car and was completely turned off by the arrogance of the sales people and the pressure applied to me to make an offer for an inferior vehicle. Luckily I purchased from another dealer.

I have returned to the branch for service, and the price is a overstated and the service team weren't exactly as friendly as could be. Our other cars are non Land Rover made and are serviced at their dealerships, I am basing my review upon this.

Since attending their offices on 3 occasions, I have found an alternative provider, and will not return unless necessary.

Great experience! Do yourself a favor and make sure JIM RUMFELT is your go to for all things Land Rover in Charlotte! I have purchased two cars from Jim and both were an absolute pleasure! He is professional, experienced, very knowledgable, and personable. I am confident anyone and everyone who has Jim as a sales person would be as happy as I am throughout and after their experience. Was in Charlotte and my Land Rover gave me a warning light (this in nothing new on my Land Rover...)  I ran in to see if they could fix it before getting on the road and they did.   The fact they did isn't so surprising. I mean, I paid them to fix it.  But... they did it so fast and without an appointment.  That was the nice part.  Thanks guys.
