History

Established in 2012.

Hendrick Lexus Northlake officially opened their brand new state of the art Center on April 24, 2012.  The Hendrick Lexus Northlake Team there is led by Nick, General Manager, a Lexus Employee since 1997.  In order to better serve the North Charlotte communities, the Northlake Center debuted with a talented team of professionals including several members from the Lexus Elite store location on Independence Blvd, Lexus' most prestigious award.  We invite you to visit the new modern dealership at I-77N and I-485 across the street from North Mecklenburg High School.

I've been a Lexus driver for years and years. Absolutely am still thrilled about the vehicle itself...and as far as the service: can't complain a bit when talking about the Hendrick Lexus INDEPENDENCE location. They treat you like GOLD!!! HOWEVER, the Northlake location is absolutely brutal. Nobody knows what they're doing and they're extremely rude. If you're buying a car, then they'll tend to you....but as soon as it comes to the servicing side of things, forget it. This location only cares about the money and not a bit about the services that Hendrick and Lexus strive to ordinarily provide. Save your frustrations and travel the extra distance to the South Charlotte location off of Independence to get what you truly deserve. The Northlake location is a joke.

Great customer service experience today at Hendrick North Lake Lexus while getting our new Lexus.  Carloz Diaz did a great job helping us with our purchase and  Tyler Marovich did an excellent job walking us through all the features of our new vehicle. They and the rest of the Lexus team made sure we were comfortable while we were there and happy with our purchase as we drove out.  Thanks again!

This was our first Lexus experience so my view is through that lens. Mostly purchased Toyotas before now. I was blown away how uncomplicated these folks made the car buying process. In fact, so good that we went back and bought a second car two weeks later. Pamela Yoho was our sales associate and I would highly recommend you ask for her. I felt we were dealing with honest people who really wanted a win/win. I appreciated that I never felt they were wasting my time with needless delays. We purchased two preowned RX 350s. Each with about 35k miles. Very happy with our choices! I should also say that the facility was top notch. Easy to get in and out, easy to see the cars and the location super convenient. I only had one small reservation throughout the entire buying process of both vehicles. It was the add on warranty stuff the credit guy through at us at the end. I just didn't see it coming. It wasn't over the top aggressive but presented in a way that made it difficult to asses the real value. Felt I made the wrong call on the first car. Got it right on the second one. Overall very pleased! Ask for Pam Yoho. She is very sharp.

I called Monday to have a car brought to the Northlake location for a test drive. They said the car was available and we will have it ready for you at 2:00 PM on Wednesday. Well, I get a call at 12:00 PM on Wednesday that they sold the car today, instead of keeping the appointment with me.

I can't believe that a company would conduct business this way.

This was my third Lexus purchase, but my first from Hendrick Lexus Northlake.  I have to say, however, that HLN provided, by far, the BEST purchasing experience of any of them.  The entire process was low-pressure, simple, and painless.  Negotiation was quick, and everyone was wonderful to work with.  I highly recommend Ryan Keith for sales - he's knowledgable about Lexus vehicles and their features, and is unlike the typical salesperson.  Nick Karras, the New Vehicle Sales Director, was friendly, engaging, and easy to work with on the negotiation.  And of course George Stephens in Finance helped process my paperwork quickly so I could start enjoying my new RX.  I only suggest that you try to buy from them on a weekday, because Fridays and Saturdays are very busy and you may have to wait a little for delivery.

Not a good start to my Saturday...battery dies...replaced battery...car struggles to stay cranked, but thanks to Hendrick Lexus Northlake, they were able to find the problem pretty quickly and took a little over an hour to fix.  So of course with a new facility everything was clean and spotless and since I had my son with me he was able to enjoy the kids playroom with healthy snacks(fruit, granola bars, etc.) while we were waiting.  The bottom line is there is a new location on the northside(yay), service is still stellar, and the staff is mostly from the Independence location, including my favorite service advisor, Larry:-)
