Jacob Badinelli was very helpful in helping me find the car I wanted, as well as taking care of having it transferred from their North Lake location to their Independence Boulevard location AND having it prepared for my test drive within the time stated. Finally got a new car today for my 21st bday. It was so sweet when I came to pick it up today, they had put a huge bow on my car and wishing me a happy birthday! Okay lets stop the mushie lovey feeling lol.
My car advisor was Jake (aka Jacob) Badinelli ( I hope I spelled his last name right :/ ) was very helpful and attentive. Was such a professional and personal dude. Like a hairstylist. It feels like you can rely on them you know but they don't just treat you like just a customer.
He was very informative and knowledgable. Definitely would recommend to get him.
Great facility too. They do offer free drinks and wifi and has a lounge which is awesome when you're waiting to get your car.
Overall, I really loved my experience! Cant wait to start racing!

I have now leased two cars from Hendrick BMW and I have never had anything other than SUPERB SERVICE from FRANK KING and his teammates!!  Frank is incredibly responsive to all questions and inquiries not just during the leasing process, but also during the full term of the lease (3 years).

Frank is everything you would expect from a car sales professional - knowledgeable, supportive, responsive, etc. but Frank is also what you might NOT expect - he is honest about your options and what is available, he genuinely has your best interests in mind, and he consistently over-delivers and under-promises.  You cannot go wrong at Hendrick BMW, especially if you ask for Frank.

I've only ever browsed and not purchased from here. My best friend leases from here. Who wouldn't want to tag along for test drives! The associates are good at walking that fine line of being helpful without being too pushy or agressive. Clean, neat modern showroom. At least when you lease, they seem willing to compromise to make the deal happen and keep you with BMW.

We normally take our X3 and 3 series to Casey BMW in VA, however since moving to Charlotte we had to give Hendrick BMW a try. I was pleasantly surprised when first entering the building as I was greeted quickly and the building was beautiful. I also enjoyed the beverages and snacks. I especially loved that they had a separate kids area waiting room with a door for my son and I as we waited. Although it was not my intention to wait in the first place asy husband had booked this appt with a loaner vehicle two weeks in advance. I was told they were running short and behind on Loaners and did I mind waiting. I informed him that my son may get a little antsy if waiting for too long as it will soon be his nap time. He promised to check back in with me shortly. After about an hour or so he explained that my computer needed to be reprogrammed and a loaner was now available. Now being that I have two car seats, my husband specifically asked for a larger or comparable vehicle. I received a 2015 3 series . He also told me the gas would be full and it was well below half. However anxious to get my son home for a nap, i did not fuss. I also did not receive a walk thru with the loaner to inspect as I am normally used to. He just pointed me in the direction of the loaner and handed me the key.  Anyway, my ready four hours later and I returned the loaner. My car had been washed and vacuumed. My tech also did not seem very knowledgeable about BMWs as he was unable to answer a question I had about the interior of an x5. I'm sure I will return. I hope it will be a better experience . Or I may actually try the Hendrick BMW in Northlake next time. Good luck

I have always been around a Mercedes Benz growing up so I never really had interest in a BMW until Riki Bokavich showed me the light.  Riki took my wife and I out on a test drive and we have been sold since then.  My wife bought a BMW and is about to get her second one and I and thinking about making the switch.   Riki has always taken care of anything that we needed.  He has also been proactive in contacting us personally to see if we were ok.  We wouldn't go to anyone else to help us at BMW.   We send everyone to Riki for the best service.   We consider Riki as family now so we would like to say thank you Riki Bokavich at Hendricks BMW for the excellent service,  and see you soon.

Great experience! I live in the Atlanta, GA area and visited several local BMW dealerships and found their service lacking. I came across Hendrick BMW during an internet search and came across the vehicle that I wanted. I spent the majority of the day Monday negotiating with them by phone and e-mail and reached an agreement on a new 2013 BMW X5. I drove to Charlotte Monday evening, stayed at a local hotel and met the rep Tuesday morning to take delivery. I was very impressed with the amenities of the dealership and the professionalism of the sales and service reps. Everything that was agreed to by phone and email was honored at delivery. There were two small issues that came up in the paperwork process (totally my misunderstanding and had nothing to do with Hendrick BMW) that the reps helped me work through. These folks truly display a "Above and Beyond" attitude. Although this dealership is 245 miles from my home, they have certainly won my future business. I will be back! Special thanks to Dayne Cook and Jason Hilton for making the experience so great.

Purchased a 2008 M3 back in May.  After we signed the docs agreeing on the payment we had negotiated, we left the dealership with the car, thinking we were set.  Two weeks later after still not receiving confirmation from lender in the mail regarding  loan set-up OR license plate, we called the dealership only to be informed they could not finance it for the terms we signed for.  We were informed our payment would go up significantly.  I immediately contacted my attorney who said that was a lovely bait & switch tactic...  Hendrick never responded to any of my numerous calls trying to figure out the situation on payment terms. Over the next few weeks we got numerous letters form various lending institutions saying we had been "denied" for a loan.  When we finally got one saying we had gotten the loan, my husbands credit score had gone down almost 20 points from Hendricks financing department's numerous attempts at pulling credit.....

PICK ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!  This is the shadiest group of people I've ever dealt with.  Save yourself the stress, go elsewhere.

WOW!!!!!!! Do Yourself a Favor!! Buy your next car weather its new or used from Hendrick BMW!!!---It's an unbelievable experience!!! My wife and I are extremely happy with our new BWM we bought from Hendrick BMW Charlotte!! From the time we started communicating with the sales/management staff if was so obvious we were going to buy from Hendrick BMW! They treated my wife and I like we were part of their family!! Everybody was so nice and friendly to us throughout the whole process! Tom D. the sales manager's took time with us to make sure we were happy and thanked us for our purchase! WOW!! This place was amazing....after looking for a new car for over a month I stopped in at Hendrick pre owned bmw and got greated by Jason Defonce and was shocked by his professionalism and manors in the first 15 minutes. He asked what i was looking for and got all the information from me and found the exact match. I walked out there with my new car. Helping me along the way with every process. Hendrick BMW is currently operating out of their temporary facility until their new place is complete in a few months, but the quality of service is still the same.  

I just ordered my new Bimmer for European Delivery and could not be happier with the experience to this point.  Our rep (Jason Neville) has taken time on two different days to answer our questions and allow both my wife and myself to take test drives, even when at first I had told him that we may not be placing an order until December.  We never felt pressured or rushed throughout the process.

With European Delivery, there can be a lot of back and forth in getting things set up.  Jason has been incredibly responsive in providing us with the information that we request.

I have seen that many of the reviews have to deal with the service department.  I have had my current BMW in on two occasions and received professional, courtesy service.

As the only authorized game in town, I don't have much to compare them to. I've gone several times since I bought my pre-owned from another dealer. Some experiences would warrant 4.5 stars, others, not so much.

The waiting room is nice and all of the service folks I have worked with are generally at least polite. They are diligent in updating you when you wait and apologetic when the wait is longer than anticipated.

One jabbed at me a little too harshly on my college window sticker b/c he didn't like my school. It should be obvious since I have the sticker on my car that I do like my school. As a paying customer, defending the University and my decision to attend it seemed unnecessary.

Anyway...  minor cluelessness on one individual's part, but memorable.

I maintain my car pretty well and it's garage kept. Regardless, it seems every time I go in for a routine visit or oil change, they find about $2500 worth of *urgent* repairs. To the point that I started taking it elsewhere for upkeep and since then, haven't had any urgent (or otherwise) breakdowns.

I do feel a little bit like a 2nd class citizen there in that my BMW has some age, it's a 3 series, and wasn't bought there. I'm not going to be given the loaner as quickly as someone bringing in a 6 month-old-fourth-7 Series-purchase in two years will be. And I totally get that... just realize where you are on the totem pole in considering reviews.

The shuttle is nice, as are the drivers, but not very convenient since I use my car during the work day. But if you are just going to an office, it's a solid option to avoid waiting.

Never a huge fan of getting work here simply because the volume they do makes it difficult to get in and get out quickly.  Based on my last visit (recall related), I can't really say that.  They were great.  A little slow to get to me initially but after I was in the system, they took the car around, and I was back on the road within an hour.  

The nice thing about paying for dealerships to do repair work, specifically this place is the fact you can get a sweet loaner sometimes and also the facility itself is pretty comfortable if you have to wait.  They normally provide donuts, drinks, and coffee too!

So an oil change was needed and I decided to wait as 1.5 hours was the time they indicated it would take to do the work.........it was 2.5 hours and they didn't wash the car, but only cleaned the rims.......but they told me their machine was down?

So I have been here before with a hood chip that didn't get fixed and now the car isn't washed.  I am kinda glad my car gets serviced next door...they don't do those kinds of things to me when I'm over there.

My parents have been dealing with Hendrick BMW for years, and they suggested we speak with them about leasing a new car.  We had been to Toyota of North Charlotte, and weren't pleased at all.  We met with Cam at BMW, the same person my parents have always dealt with.  He was nothing but honest with us and very nice!!

In making a decision on the lease, Cam took into account my family's long standing relationship with them and worked with us to figure out the best they could do with what we wanted.  We were able to choose exactly what we wanted on the car and what we didn't want.  

We had such a great experience with Hendrick and there was one thing that stuck out with me the most.  Cam said that when my step father was in Iraq 2 years ago, he felt like he was looking out for my mother and little brothers.  I thought that was so thoughtful!!  

Hendrick BMW was nothing but professional, and we'll continue to work with them in many years to come!

I was able to find these wheels at another (more professional) dealer.  Again, Hendrick BMW should have simply removed the wheels from their inventory if they were "promised" to another customer.  Completely unprofessional.   If this practice continues at this dealership, you must be aware that the part you order could quite possibly already be promised to someone else.  Deal with these people at your own risk.

The folks in the service department are always so great to me.  David Teak is my service guy.  He takes great care of me and my car.  If I have too wait any length of time he hooks me up with a loaner or arranges a ride for me.  I work in Salisbury so getting my oil changed is a huge pain in the tuckass for me logistically but they make the experience a pleasurable one.

Between the wife and I, we've bought 4 cars here in the 5 years.  I think I've had more than enough time at Hendrick to form an opinion.

So far as the sales side of things go, it's your typical new car showroom and lot.  Some sales folks in offices, others out on the floor, desks exposed to the world.  They offer water and sodas for those shopping.  Just like all other new car sales, the actual manager making the deals is behind tinted glass in another room.  Your 'sales adviser' is just a mouth piece ultimately.  Same for when you actually go to complete the sale- back behind the glass to sign documents and get the hard sell for a number of add on products.  It's just such an ordeal that it always turns me off.  This is by no means exclusive to this dealer, just know there is nothing special here just because of the BMW logo.

Our sales adviser, Cam, is nothing but pleasant and I do feel he takes care of us.  

On the service side of things, all I can say is make an appointment early and make it in the morning.  If you expect a loaner, service appointments are currently running out about 2 weeks in advance.  If you can wait, they have a typical waiting room with TVs, drinks and doughnuts in the morning.  If you come in the afternoon, bring a snack.  They have a nice pull thru service bay, but getting noticed is very haphazard.  Service advisers are usually running around and there is no one dedicated person to help you check in.  Even if you have an appointment, that does not seem to matter as to whether someone is expecting you.  My advice- unless the service is critical, make the appointment, get the loaner and get out of Dodge.  An adviser will call you when all is ready.

All in all, typical of pretty much any new car dealer along Independence Boulevard.  Nothing special, nothing a disaster.  I'll just keep wishing that one day car buying and servicing won't be such a process.

What can I say about this place... I guess it helps when you are selling one of the finest automobiles in the world.

My sales agent was Cam and he was professional and was able to secure the car I needed.  He went over everything and then had me meet the finance team that was first class.  

If you are looking to buy a BMW... there is no other choice in Charlotte!
