I purchased my new Honda Civic from Leith Honda. I had the best sale man there Art. He will get you the best deal and delivers a wonderful experience of buying a car which I didn't know was possible! The sales managers are great and want you to leave happy. The environment is very laid back and all about pleasing you! Thank you Art for being a deliverer in customer service! I had an excellent experience shopping at Leith Honda in Aberdeen. Keon Graves was very friendly and helpful, as was his sales manager. They offered me a great deal on a car and while I ultimately did not purchase it, that decision had nothing to do with my experience at Leith. In fact, I felt so guilty about not buying a car from these nice people that I'm writing this review. Car shopping can be miserable, but my experience here was easy, quick, painless, and even enjoyable.

An absolute waste of almost 2 weeks. My husband and I went to see a used 2010 Explorer. They couldn't make the numbers work, (we needed a comfortable payment). No big deal, right? WRONG! Salesman George called to say they could get us into a 2010 Odyssey EX-L, even though it was $1500 more. In all, my husband and I made the hour+ trip there twice, but I received at least 2 calls PER DAY from George and each call was the same - Sloane had gotten the numbers to work and we had to get right down there to get our van! Repeated requests to speak to Sloane where denied and request for actual numbers were met with, "Let me talk to Big Daddy Sloane and I'll call you back in 2 minutes". George would pull numbers out of nowhere just to get us to come back in. Once I was finally able to speak with Sloane, he told me that no such payment was possible and thanked me for the opportunity to try and sell us a car. Not 10 minutes later, George would call again and tell me Sloane got us our payment. This went on and on until they finally sold that van!

In the end, we bought an Odyssey Touring from another Leith dealership and couldn't be happier because our payment went DOWN!

Art Gatling was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful.  He took our needs and requirements in complete consideration through the complete process.  Buying a car through Art really guaranteed a great transaction, will definitely be going back to him in the future!
Sloan was the sales manager, he also worked hard for us in obtaining the financing terms that we needed in order to make the deal work.  
I felt we had a good team working hard on our side.  Highly recommended.

Such a GREAT service department!  I have an Acura MDX & have hated having to drive to Fayetteville or Raleigh to get it serviced. I needed a new tire rod & managed to somehow lose the tire key lock. Neill was able to fix it without taking the tire off!  He has worked on all of my families Hondas since I was born (I'm 29), he is by far the BEST Honda guy around!  It was such a great experience today, Brad kept me informed with each step of the process.  From ordering the part from Acura, calling to let me know the snow had delayed shipping, but they were still getting it today, just a little later & would make sure it was fixed today.  Definitely use this service team if your Honda or Acura needs a little TLC ;-)

I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Civic at Leith. The customer service was excellent. I worked primarily with Keon, and by proxy, Sloan, the GM. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and genuine. I didn't get any hint of "slick car salesman." I didn't feel pressured at any point in the process and everything was very straight forward. I didn't have to play any games or guess as to what was happening. I got a great deal and will, without question, have the car serviced at Leith. I (like a fool) did business with Steve Jones (previous owner) prior to his arrest/loss of the business. I was appalled by their lack of professionalism and garbage service. The service department was shady, I was lied to, and ultimately they drained a lot of money from me. It was a joy to work with Leith Honda, especially after such a horrible experience with Steve Jones. If you're in the market for a new car, go see Keon at Leith Honda. You won't be disappointed.
