I bought a C-class from Josh Gould about a year ago when I needed to get out of an over-mileage lease and have had great experiences since.  Josh has always been available any time I had questions, and if he can't help me he'll point me to someone who can.  
MB of STL's service has also been easy and quick to deal with.  I recently dropped my car off for a warranty fix and received a complimentary rental.  Upon hearing that I lived 2 hours north, they were willing to work with me when the time came to swap cars.  
I recommend Josh and MB of STL for anyone car shopping.

Because they are impossible to deal with on the phone, I'm not even going to bother driving there.  Transferred from service to parts, back to service, to an invalid extension, back to service only to be put on hold again.  15 minutes after I called for a quote on new shocks I gave up.

No reason to drive there for work to my car.  If they can't even handle a phone call, I'm not driving out of my way to visit them...

I was very excited when this place opened and I had a place next door to service my vehicle. However, multiple disappointments have led me far enough to write this negative review.
First disappointment was when I called to get a quote for brake service, I was transferred 6 times between parts department and service department and finally could not get a straight answer on price to simply have my brake pads and rotors serviced!!!!
Second disappointment was when I actually called and had schedule my service including a loaner car, when I arrived for my scheduled service, I was told that there was a mix up and the loaner vehicle is no longer available!!!!
The service person (C.R.) was completely rude and disrespectful. I ended up leaving and getting my service work completed at another place.
This has led me to boycott this service center and take my business elsewhere!!!
Customer service at this location sucks big time!
