I have taken my car here for service a couple times. I have never been impressed with the service or service recovery attempts when the job has not been done to my satisfaction.  At other facilities when I have had my tires rotated they balanced them, if there happened to be a problem with that they would fix the issue at no charge. My experience with Lou Fusz included them telling me that for them to fix it they would have to charge me another $40. I find this to be unacceptable. I definitely will find another service provider for future needs.

My wife and I went to look at the Forester and Outback, because we didn't know which would suit us better. Our time frame for purchasing is June or July. It will be a cash deal.  We were there for a total of 25 minutes, looking, sitting in, and looking at the colors.  While there not a single salesperson approached us. They helped others, who came in after us, or went on break, not to be found.  We left there and went to Webster Subaru, where we were treated very well. We were able to drive each vehicle, ask questions and treated as if we're family.  We found the prices were better and they didn't charge $995 extra for items that come standard from the factory.  In the past year Lou Fusz has changed for the worse.

The only reason that I'm giving this business 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband and I received awesome help from the only honest guy at this business - John. He really helped us look at what would fit our price range and listened to what we wanted. Other than him, our experience was far less than satisfactory.

The first guy who helped us seemed nice but later tried to put the full-court press on us to buy a 2014 car. When I offered up that it would be much more cost effective to buy the same car anywhere between a 2010 and a 2013, he scoffed me and said "how would you know?" Once he realized we weren't going to follow his lead, he left us with a different representative.

Meanwhile, we had a few guys checking out our current car (a 2014 Audi A5 Premium Plus) for trade-in. They completely lowballed us on the estimate (by $10,000), and when we told them that we weren't going through with the deal, the manager himself came to tell us that we couldn't get any more for the car and were wasting our time. Too bad - our car has been on Ebay Motors for 2 days and already has an offer for more than what they would give us.

I have today sold my 2011 WRX back to another dealer.  Lou Fusz showed me a carfax that showed it was clean.  Now at the sell back, the carfax shows that indeed the car was front end damaged right before i bought the car, aprox. 12/2011.  This is a lie but i do not have that Carfax anymore to bring it to the BBB.  Lou Fusz, CHEATERS, LIARS.

Although we didn't end up buying a car here, I did have a pleasurable experience shopping at this location.  The salesperson helping me here was Stacey.  She has an open search for the Impreza I want and I hope she finds it so I can return and purchase it here.  Low pressure, super helpful and informative.

Five stars for this group.

A great experience with everyone I met at this dealership. My sale was a bit complicated (financing issues, title issues with trade-in), but Sales Manager Rick Schildknecht and Salesman Chris Johnson worked to see that I got what I needed.

I'll buy my next car here as well.
