When taking care of your "baby, " you want only the best. I can trust Honda of Frontenac to treat my car as they would treat their own. Honda products & superior service here definitely deserve five stars.

Sure you have to pay a little more than those other instant oil change locations, but i feel it's worth it for the insurance that you're receiving superior service.

Customer service is top notch with no pressure for extra repairs. Waiting room is spacious, cozy & offers free wifi.

I went shopping for a Honda here and I was completely overwhelmed with the unprofessional and deceptive sales tactics.  They had flown some salesmen in to work there for a while, I believe for an event.  They did not have prices on the cars and when I asked I got the run around.  The finance guy literally chased me out the door with a calculator.  They are all so pushy, it was miserable.  And I still don't know what the car I asked about actually cost!  
I bought from another Honda dealership in town.  They are the exact opposite--up front pricing, great to work with, not pushy at all, and very respectful.

Almost everyone here at the customer service has twenty years experience in the same location.  That's unheard off.  Not only the service is good, but most importantly, that they are honest.  And I know about cars.  These people here are an endanger species.  Buying a good car is easy, but to find a good customer long term service is very very difficult.

I like this place because they don't dumb it down for women. They treat me fairly and with respect. Today I took my super-sweet NannyVan in for an oil change, tire rotation, and filter replacement. After inspecting the filters it was determined I could wait till next oil change to replace them. This would never happen at Jiffy Lube!

If you are looking for a car, go see Marianne in Frontenac. I was looking for one of the used cars they had, and she was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Very much wanted me to be happy about my purchase, and kept negotiating with the manager on my offers. I ended up with a good price and great warranty for a car that I am extremely happy about. The rest of the staff I spoke to were great as well, the sales manager Billy and the woman at the front desk. Overall great experience here buying my first car.

I've always found the service department here consistent, which is exactly what I look for. No hassle. They are responsive, and straight up and tell you what's wrong and how much it will cost. They call you when it's done and are generally on time with their time estimates. They honor coupons as much as possible. All in all, consistently satisfied and I trust them with my car.

This is about my experience with the service dep't.

Went to "express service".

They honored a coupon from another dealership and got me in and out in the time they quoted.

The one thing I would suggest - do NOT take them up on the free car wash. They didn't dry it and my car came out all spotty; I just didn't have the time to have them re-wash it.  Hoping the rain today takes care of it!

There are many Honda dealers in the STL area that want to sell you a car. I would suspect most of them want you to be happy with your purchase. You should look for those dealers.

The business model must be based on upsell.  After agreeing to a $20 tire rotation but declining various fluid flushes, the service rep came to me in the showroom and tried to talk me into new shock absorbers (car has ~$50K miles).  What really disappoints me is that I feel like I'm being patronized - 'you won't understand anyway so I won't bother explaining'.  Maybe too harsh, but that's how I felt leaving there today.

I've been to this dealer location more than I'd like to over the past few months.  My first experience was decent, albeit very expensive, and I had high hopes when I went in a couple weeks ago with a mysterious light on my dashboard.  

Unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly.  I went in on a Friday afternoon, and was told my car would be looked at on Saturday.  I said that was fine, but I would definitely need my car the following Tuesday.  The next two days pass by without any word from Honda.  I called in on Monday afternoon to check in, and the staff person was very rude on the phone, and couldn't give me any real information.  I finally got a call Tuesday morning that my car would be finished that afternoon.  I made plans for a ride to the dealership, and had to call again three times to make sure my car would be ready at 5 (spoiler alert: it wasn't, I spent half an hour sitting in the parking lot with my lovely roommate who drove me).  When I mentioned that the original person I talked to had assured me my car would be finished over the weekend, I was completely brushed off and told "we had to order parts."  I didn't know you needed to order parts to make a phone call, or let me know the timeline we originally talked about is not accurate.  

Fingers crossed I won't need to see a dealer any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely be making the drive to a different one.

Absolutely pathetic!! I went in to take a look at a $50,000, 2006 Porsche 911 S yesterday and the car was a mess:

Filthy outside - not detailed in any way
Filthy inside - not vacuumed, wiped down...nothing!
Dead battery...had to be jumped
Filthy engine compartment
broken interior passenger side door handle

What a missed opportunity. My wife has a 7 year old minivan and its cleaner after a trip across country with three kids. The used car manager should get his head handed to him. Simply unprofessional. This car should not be shown again until this is fixed. Chris.

So, alas, my beloved Subaru broke down last week and it was time to trade 'er in.  I had just put a new transmission in the darn thing too (goodbye $2900 bucks!)
Honda has good financing deals right now, so my dad and I went over to take a look.  I test drove the Fit, along with several other cars like the Toyota Matrix and the Kia Soul.
Overall the Fit had all of my needs covered, and was at a great price.  Huey's gave me an awesome deal for my trade in, then knocked off an additional amount from the price.  That coupled with the good financing, and I was off to the races.  Off in my new Fit, that is.  And I've got a three year warranty, so I'll never have to worry about my new little girl over heating.
Not having ever owned anything new in my life, it's pretty darn exciting!  I'd very much recommend these guys if you are in the shop for a Honda.
