I had a very poor experience.  I saw a "promotion" online that included multiple discounts and brought my car in for a trade-in.

When we went through pricing, I was hit by a double-whammy:
-They claimed my trade-in quoted on Kelley Blue Book as being worth 6k was only worth 4k.
-One of the "incentives" listed online was no incentive at all.

In anger, I went down the street to Sunset Ford who gave me exactly what they advertised online and a fair trade-in value.

Met with Bob in used car sales today and found his honesty refreshing. Very courteous, helpful, friendly, and sincere. Wasn't able to work out a deal today but I will be back when my affairs are in order. This is the RIGHT way to treat people!

My most recent experience was with Lonnie in the service department and she is now officially one of my very favorite people and not just at Dave Sinclair. She is the epitome of what great customer service is. She is friendly and upbeat and makes things happen. She was my service rep one other time and somehow, miraculously, remembers details about me that are not logged in your system anywhere. She took the time to get to know me, my situation and to get the job done right the first time. I will always request her, and recommend her, going forward.

I was met by Service Rep Lonnie and she took me through the process of what would be done. She escorted me to the waiting area and even returned to give me an update. The service was completed in less time than expected and Lonnie came and took me to retrieve my truck. She did an awesome job and was attentive even thought they were quite busy.

I have always received excellent service at Sinclair. They keep me current with the repairs and pricing needed, and explain if I have come in for a service that is close to being needed but not necessary at that time. I appreciate that they don't do unnecessary repairs just for the money. The service personnel are always polite and easy to talk to. That is why I come back to Sinclair for service and new vehicles.

I bought a Buick LaCrosse and I love it!!! It is so beautiful. Hanna in IT helped me find some cars to test drive. She was fantastic and saved me time. She helped me find a car I love and that I can afford before I even got there. Lambert and Parviz and everyone I met were so nice, genuine and none of that fake over the top stuff. What a breath of fresh air after shopping at over 7 other dealers before this one. It was worth the drive from West County! Dave Sinclair made me feel comfortable, at ease and happy to buy a car. I originally gave a good review, but since after 3 months I have not received the promised items written and stated by the salesperson, I am changing the rating to negative. I called the salesperson to ask where my stuff was, so he asked for my number, but never called me back. You do not promise and put things in writing that you ordered some things when in actuality you didn't.

Mike Johnson took great care of me when I brought my car in for the emissions and safety inspections.  Turns out I had a bulb out that would have failed the safety inspection so he came out and informed me of this and gave me a detailed breakdown on how much it would cost to replace the bulb.  I was in and out in around an hour.  Top-notch service as usual.

My car exploded on the highway.  Coolant all over the place.  My fleet people sent me here.  It was just after hours.... so they stayed until I got there.  

I got a call right back the very next morning.  It was under warranty and recall so they went ahead and started fixing as they were calling.  I picked it up 4 hours later and the best thing yet happened.  My car, which had been dirtier than it had ever been due to my job, was given a full wash with shampooing of the carpets..... FREE.

Thank you Dave Sinclair.  If I didn't have to go through fleet I'd go back to you guys for the next ride but I can at least sing your praises.
