Overall, I give this dealership a 4 star because I was not wowed by the internet sales team. I submitted an inquiry about a car they had listed which had no photos posted. It was the exact car I was looking for and wanted to ensure the body was in good shape.

I received an auto response and then another response from one of the internet salespeople, but no photos. I responded to the second email after a couple of hours, again requesting photos of the vehicle. I received an answer a while later stating the car was in PDI and no photos were available, but that someone would be in touch.

During the time it took me to get a response from the internet sales team, my boyfriend had already called the pre-owned department and let the salesperson, Tim Theodore, know which vehicle we were interested in. He immediately gave us some specs and went and took photos with his cell phone and texted them to us.

Being in the customer service industry for over 15 years, I was extremely pleased at how eager and responsive Tim was. He was very nice and energetic - not too pushy. The process was seamless and the financing manager, Chris Rackley, was also pleasant and informative. I appreciated the extra coverage for keys, dents and tires Bommarito extends to its cay buyers at no extra cost.

I will definitely consider buying my next car from these folks again. Thanks again to Tim and Chris - you guys are 5-star!!!!

The truck we looked at was marked on sale as a manager special price.  When we asked about it and made an offer the manager came out and said the sign was last months special.  Didn't even try to negotiate.

This review with be brief as was my visit to Bommarito Chevy South.  One word:  YUCK.   The vibe when we walked in as two females was: sleazy and creepy.  We were uncomfortable.  We wanted to drive one car in particular we saw online the day prior, and called three hours earlier to make an appointment to drive said vehicle.  The vehicle was, hands down, the filthiest vehicle I have ever put my body in.  HAIR everywhere, dog hair - and I swear I saw some people hair - crumbs, visible dirt, etc.  They knew we were coming to see this vehicle for three hours and choose not to clean it.  That mixed with the vibe of the dealership sent us out of there so fast your head would spin.  No one followed up with us after, apologized for the dirty car, etc., which I found really odd.   I would not recommend setting foot in this dealership - especially as a female.

Recently had my car serviced here. Very friendly staff with prompt service. Staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

I agree with previous reviewer about Joe Anatra. In addition to getting my car serviced here I also bought my car here 2 years ago. It was a pleasure working with Joe and he made the car buying experience less stressful. Not pushy, but seems very genuine and helpful.

I usually don't buy in to the "car dealers are bad people and scammers" kind of deal and before I give negative reviews for bad service, I make sure I go to the place of business multiple times, but the service by the sales staff has been sub par here every time I have gone.

No matter how I dress, no one every comes up to me to ask if I need help, and when I go to ask questions, they usually ask me if I see the car that I want. When I say "no" and that I would like to look into seeing if they can allot one to their dealership, I usually get a bad look.

Only real positive is that they have got a nice selection of cars and trucks, and the prices aren't ask marked up as other places.

The time finally came when I knew my time with April was limited. Who is April, you ask? Well, she was my trusty soldier for 203,000 miles. A base model toyota corolla and the only car I've ever known who treated me with respect throughout our relationship. After lusting over the Equinox and it's similar gas mileage for about 2 years (I really like to make my decisions carefully) , I knew it was time to take the plunge.  My boyfriend and I arrived at chevy at about 530 pm and were approached by JOE ANATRA. He was so nice and not a traditional pushy sales person. He listened to me while I hemmed and hawed over ridiculously minuscule details (can't say the same for my man....) and answered all of my questions. He is an older gentleman who seems to really enjoy car sales, which is rare. He never once rushed me and stayed with us until the 930. He literally stayed late after everyone left to give me the full orientation, even though he could have rushed out. I sincerely hope I'm as happy with my Equinox as I was with Joe. So far, so good!
