I told these folks at Van I was never going to give up avenging their horrible customer service, etc.. If other people are in charge or work there; I am sorry. If Chris D is still there or the people that let him act like an ass- take some more review medicine kids. God only knows I have told at least 20 people I would disown them if they bought there. It's a long story and if you want to read, I included the web address of my review from that time. Thank goodness for Yelp!

I had a 2003 Chevy Avalanche I bought from a 3rd party dealer. I was in over my head. They helped me get out of that truck with the MAXIMUM value to pay off the current loan I was in. We walked the lot and they knew about my previous experiences and credit history. Not ONE time did they lie, manipulate, or falsely give me hopes into getting a new car that did not meet my needs and wants. I cannot thank the sales staff, managers, and finance department for helping me get something more reliable. I am forever in their debt and will be back to purchase a new truck in the future. Thanks so much at everyone at Van's Chevrolet for your professional, courteous, and understanding.

We were driving our 2013 Chevy Express cross country when the torque convertor went out.  These great folks got to us right away and had us on the road in no time.

GREAT customer service, car is running great now.

Worse customer service and body shop I have EVER experienced!!!!! I took my car here after a hail storm and when I came to pick my car up for the first time after being fixed I had even more damage then what my had had when I dropped it off!!!! It had a busted windshield multiple dents and scratches ALL over the vehicle ashtray is broken ( they tried to TAPE it back on) door moulding was ripped in half. Then had the bodyshop manager try and say it was like that when they took the car in!! So long story short I took the car back 3 separate time to "fix it" they had my car mon-fri  for a solid month finally after seeing they were not doing quality work I called my insurance co and had them issue a check to a dif body shop that will do a good job. Then Van Cadillac contacted my insurance co and said I signed a "power of attorney" stating they had the right to cash my check without my consent. A copy f this for was sent to me and it is missing all kind of info ie VIN number, date, licence plate info, address, phone number , and consent to work on my car!!!!! Like I said SCAM ARTIST STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a new Cadi ATS and we love it.  Christy, our sales woman was fantastic as was Adam in finance.  Tony the Mgr was also great

I came in with a factory letter and an airbag light.  Jarrett was very professional and got it all taken care of in a timely manner.  He is why I will be a lifelong customer.  He kept me in the loop and made sure I had a loaner car since the service would take an extended time period.  The car was so nice, I might consider buying one when we need a new car.

I'd give them negative stars if I could. Went several places to get a spare key made for a Chevy vehicle we purchased form n individual.  Most places could't duplicate the key because they didn't have the blank and that is how we ended up at Van.  They wanted $30 to make one key. $30!!!!!!  Tired of trying to find a place, we had them make one key. They then told us that the key had a chip in it and in order for it to work in the ignition, it would have to be programmed. Van wanted an additional $60 to "program" the key.  Well, I just happened to do some research beforehand and I did NOT get the key programmed because, you see.... the key did NOT need to be programmed to work in the ignition. In fact. I put the key in the ignition and guess what happened?  Go ahead guess???? Yup! it started immediately.  No programming, no additional $60 bucks lining their pockets.  So the wonderful staff at Van attempted to rip me off for an additional $60 to "program" a key that works perfectly  without being programmed.

If you have anything at all wrong with your vehicles, or need any parts, service.....  anything RUN AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM VAN CHEVROLET!  

Oh and to add insult to injury they are spamming me with email and snail mail..... what a ripoff and what a joke!

Service department leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service is subpar, representatives act busy to avoid helping or answering questions. Would not recommend anyone to get vehicle serviced here.
