Had my torque converter go out on my jeep. Brought it to state line and they got me in that day and did a great job. Brandon from service worked with me and got me a car to drive while mine was in the shop. I usually dread going to a dealership but i had a good experience here, would go back.

BUYER BE WARNED: Terrible customer service. Just bought a used vehicle (spent $18k) and was promised repair on a couple of small items. 3 wasted trips, 50+ miles round trip each time and nothing was fixed! Didnt even offer to compensate me for the wasted gas. The Sales department is eager to put you in a vehicle but they dont give two flying monkeys about you after that. Guess I wont be doing ANY more business here and I will be bad mouthing you to everyone I know for the next year. All that negative publicity because you cant make a customer happy over less than $100. Ridiculous!

Make it right State Line.

The dealer that we preferred left, we recommended several people to Stateline Dodge, and unfortunately they had a terrible experience. Our recent friend, had purchased a brand-new truck from us. When he took it to Stateline Dodge they said that the truck had been salvaged and offered him $1600 less than what it was worth. This caused a lot of headaches a lot of renegotiation and a lot of stress for a friend that we recommend it. Although the dealer that we preferred had left, we still thought it would be fine. Very very disappointing. And very shady, because we knew firsthand that that truck was purchased brand-new.

Since buying the Jeep this place has been a joke. The service plan I bought is not available to be used at any authorized Jeep dealer like I was told, only this dealer. I specifically asked if I moved if it would be good at other dealers and was told yes.

The extra coverage that I was told would cover scratches does not cover scratches.

The two stars are for the service department. They do a great job handling frustrated customers after the sales/finance people tell you what you want to hear no matter how untrue it is.

I will never buy a vehicle here again. I value my consistently good blood pressure too much!
