After over a month of my car having starting issues it gets to the point where it is not starting AT ALL. I became BFF with the roadside assistance man. I wanted to start offering him coffee. Took it back into Northtowne since my car is still under warranty and it is freezing. I need a working car. This whole ordeal caused me to have a half dozen tardies at work and even more cursing from my mouth. Turns out...it was the battery. I was a little perturbed. I feel like the battery is something you should probably check first thing when a car is having starting issues. I'm no mechanic, but I feel like that should be mechanic 101. So my issue is resolved. Car is starting. YAY. The reason I am bumping them down to 2 stars is that Phil, the service guy for Hyundai made a point to say that he had read my survey to Hyundai and that I had "really dinged them" from my previous visit and he hoped I wouldn't do that again. Ok Phil, soooo you knew I was unhappy with the service yet you didn't call? You did nothing, but stew over the fact that I was unhappy you hadn't fixed my car's issue? I know if someone had posted a negative review of my business and I had a way to get in contact with them you bet your butt I would be calling and trying to find a way to resolve the issue with them.

Not the best dealership I've visited but not the worst either. The sales people are knowledgeable and laid back. The selection is kind of lacking. My experience was still pleasant and I would recommend them.

Moderately helpful, and only slightly more annoying that the typical dealer.

Not great selection or inventory, I have to say!  I've definitely been to better dealers.
