This place is horrible. From the first day I walked in it was bad and I should have gone running for hills. I bought a Q5 and the sales experience was bad, there is only one service person that is decent, then I  offered them my car to buy back so they could sell as a CPO but after they made a verbal offer they decreased it by $1200 when it got to signing time. Horrible. If you want an Audi please go outside of Kansas City. It will be worth your time!

Appalling service on all counts. My Audi A4 Convertible roof was jammed open. We took it to Kansas City Audi immediately, thinking that the official dealership would be the best place to go. How wrong we were.

They charged us $70 to manually put the roof back up (something which I had already done myself, I had come in to seek a diagnosis of the problem). They said they could work out what the problem was and that I shouldn't use the roof. This is Audi, they are supposed to know their own cars.

The staff simply acted as if they couldn't care less about our business. A very negative experience. We later took it to an independent body shop who fixed the issue in five minutes and refused payment. Now that's service.

Can someone please explain to me how these people stay in business?  Despite the fact that I pulled up to the dealership in a very expensive and desirable car, none of the observing salesmen would bother coming to help me out on the lot.  I finally walked into the dealership and approached a salesperson and he referred me to a random person behind a desk who was clearly not a salesperson but an assistant to help me get information on a car.

When I pull up to Baron or Aristocrat and look interested in cars the people there swarm to me to help me out and basically throw the keys at me, begging to test drive cars that are far more expensive than anything on this lot.

Worst thing about it? I actually leased a car from Molle years ago and the service was nearly as bad back then as it is now. The owners just do not care, they have a death-grip on Audi in KC. No wonder you see 4 BMWs for every Audi in KC!

Wish I could give this place zero stars! Called multiple times about picking up our already paid for car and got told someone would call us back 3 times, and of course nobody ever called back. Requested the manager, who of course never called back. Even after arriving in person he couldn't leave his office to make time for us. Jerri finally helped us and was amazing! She should have his job! I will never return and I'll be driving further away for all my car's services!  Even McDonalds has better customer service than this place.

Kansas City REALLY needs another Audi dealer to give these guys some competition. All of the other reviews have pretty much covered it. We finally after 3 visits got to test drive a car. When we returned to the dealership after the test drive the salesman said he was busy and would like to talk to us but couldn't at that time. Then went on to ask us to stop back in and that his day off was Thursday. Okay really? It shouldn't be this hard to buy a car. We will NOT be buying a car from this dealer, it's way too easy to find one in another city and have it delivered. And not to mention, much cheaper.

Cannot agree anymore to other reviewers here. I'm an Audi owner and have visited this place many times for service/repairs. I did not feel like anyone is pleased to serve  their customers. Attitude in general is not friendly. Does not explain well about the repairs needed. Also felt like they push you to replace parts even if there is some life left (like brake pads). I once did a test drive while waiting for my car and felt like the salesman has the least interest in explaining me about the car/models even knowing that I already own another Audi. My ext warranty has expired and I have never taken my car there after that. Go and shop somewhere else with better service.

I've visited Molle a handful of times, looking to purchase a new Audi. I've hesitated on writing this review until after my third visit, which was today. I parked in the visitor section and walked the lot for about 15 minutes. I'm not a professional car dealer, but I know that a customer walking a car lot is a signal that they want someone to give them the time of day.

During another visit, I actually went inside, and was told someone would be with me soon...I waited 15 minutes and walked out. Not to be snooty, but it wasn't like I pulled up driving a beat up Honda Civic, either.

If you want to buy a luxury car in KC, visit Mercedes Benz of KC and ask for Jeff. Heck, even Aristocrat is better.

I've purchased 2 Audi's in KC and none from Molle.  They are terrible.  They've only been good at showing a genuine disinterest in my business.  Been there 3 times too, trying to buy from my local dealer!  They recently wrote me an offer on a vehicle knowing I'm an Audi owner and didn't offer the loyalty discount.  I didn't even know I was entitled to one until 3 other dealers (each of them) offered it up!  Bought both my Audi's from interested dealers other than Molle.  Such a bad dealer doesn't deserve to have such exceptional cares to sell.  Also, their service department has been very good to deal with.
