Jay Wolfe Acura is your Kansas City "World Class" Acura dealer.  Specializing in New Acura Sales, you can also find nearly 100 Pre-owned Cars to choose from in addition to our Service Center which can cover any job from small to large!  If your Service is longer than 2 hours we can offer you one of our Loaner Acura's so there is no need to wait.

Established in 1986.

The undertaking of the very first Jay Wolfe dealership began in 1954 and consisted merely of four used car lots.  Its founder, the late Jay Wolfe, bestowed each used car lot with the same careful attention to detail as the next. The hard labor by Jay Wolfe cultivated and laid down the rock-solid foundation it is today.  The four used car lots have since blossomed into multiple dealerships across the greater Kansas City with the same approach as their motto:  "Everyday in Everyway, nice people."  The motto itself is evident of Mr. Wolfe's business approach.  Here, the diligent efforts of Lee Hubbard as Managing Partner have sustained and expanded Jay Wolfe Acura's command at selling a magnificent fleet of new and pre-owned cars.  Lee has been a mainstay within the Jay Wolfe Automotive Group and has worked alongside the Wolfes for over 27 years.

DO NOT buy a car here or in Springfield! They will rip you off every time you go in for your free oil changes. They will try to "recommend" things that have to be done and some your car may not even have. They did it to me. My fiancé was in there recently and they have to fix something free from warranty and they went through a list of things he "needs" to have done and pay for. The new older lady in service was trying to say how dangerous something's are. She must use this line on everyone because she also did it to me last month. Get 2nd opinions somewhere else. They  never have the same prices either. It's like they just pick a price. Only reason they got 1 star is so I could post this to warn others

I bought my first Acura at Jay Wolfe in 1986. Since that time I've purchased all of my cars there. I just bought a TSX yesterday. I also have them serviced there. BTW, serviced is an understatement. I should say, "pampered". Great crew all the way around, I really appreciate these folks.

I don't know what you're used to with service from your car repair organization, but the service at Jay Wolfe Acura is top-notch. The service representatives ensure that everything you need is taken care of. I have had everything from oil changes to a timing belt snafu (being nice) and all I can say is they worked to make my experience as low-impact to me as possible in both financial and convenience. Service like this will keep me buying Acura's.

I recently bought my 2013 Acura ILX (love it by the way) at this dealership. At the time they were remodeling and hadn't finished with their new building yet.

Lately I've had the unfortunate mishap of bringing my car into the dealership more often than I should (2 flat tires, new parts for brakes, and new parts of car temp.)...I'm asian, I'm short, I'm a chick..... I fit the stereotypical asian female driver so I'll cut to the chase, haha (I'm really not bad I promise!).

Jay Wolfe Acura has GREAT customer service! I've gone in so many times they know me by name now...is that a good thing? Ha, anyways, every time I've gone in the consultant walks you into their lounge with a full dining cafe. The lounge is big with 3 sections, one with a more living room feel with a working fireplace, the other side is the cafe with high tables/chairs, and 3rd a kids play room. They give the servers your name and estimated wait time which I thought is pretty impressive. The Acura lounge offers complimentary breakfast from bagels, to muffins to even an egg muffin, juices, coffee, water and more. They literally offer many things. I came in and ordered a blueberry muffin, they warmed it up for me and brought it out to my table with a plate and fork AND they took my trash away when I finished. I felt like they treat their patron customers very well! Not to mention scattered throughout the lounge are bowls of of candy! The key to my heart!

With all the mishaps I've had with my car I honestly do not mind taking it up here because I enjoy their services and super friendly staff, I could do without the 30min drive but it's not too bad once you get there.

Went there to look at an mdx.The salesman was attentive and helpful;despite the fact that I looked like a bum.I wasn't ready to make the purchase just yet,but when I'm going Jay Wolfe to see Michael Ray.

When you purchase the vehicle, they seem great. Their true colors are shown when its time to service. I bought a car from them last year. Due to tuition fee rise, I took it back to them to see if they would buy it. Of course, they quotes something way lower then average trade (I am the second owner, clean carfax, low miles). FIne, I can live with that, they are a dealer after all. I told them I will see if I can find a person to buy it and come back. A week later, I emailed them about their offer...BAMN... $500 less without even looking at the car again? Why? Because I mentioned I needed the money bad to pay fees?

Thanks for nothing Jaywolfe

I've purchased 3 cars from Jay Wolfe Acura  in the last 15 years.  I've also purchased cars from Aristocrat Motors and Mercedes Benz of KC during the same time frame and I find Jay Wolf Acura at least as good as those two dealers if not better.

I always start my purchase with the Internet Sales Manager, I find this a way to hammer out a quick deal via email without spending too much time at the dealer.  I spent a total of 2 hours over multiple days at the Acura dealer on my recent purchase, including the time spent taking delivery of the car.

Jay Wolfe has recently remodeled; the showroom and service areas are outstanding.  The service area serves coffee, breakfast and lunch each day from Panera.  Aristocrat never offered me a Panera sandwich when I took my car for service...

My time was not wasted in any way and the sales manager did many tasks to remove hassle from the process.  He even arranged for the car to have accessories installed prior to me taking delivery.

Overall, a fantastic experience.  I would buy from Jay Wolfe Acura again...

My husband has a 1997 acura so we go to Jay Wolf every few years or so for maintenance or repairs.  These people are so nice and the waiting room has fresh muffins/cookies/coffee.  They give you a loner (a very nice car) to use if it is more than a few hours.  They always remember him and our daughter.  They call a few days later to see how the customer service was.  My husband has some mechanical skills (he's rebuilding a VW bus) so he knows they do trustworthy work.  It's above average in cost and quality for parts - but that's to be expected with Acura.  We will continue to use this place for our repairs while we have the acura!
