Kudos to Cameron and the rest of the staff at Jack Miller Kia for their great service today.  I wrecked my Sorento and had it towed there. Unfortunately, it will be a couple of days before I can get my rental. I called Jack Miller and was able to borrow a car for a couple of days. Thanks much! You guys are real life savers!!  Now to just wait for my Kia to get fixed.

Purchased my  first new car (2014 Kia Forte) here and had a great experience. The salesman was not pushy and allowed me to test drive multiple cars while explaining the difference between the models. They helped me get great financing and credits for being a recent college grad. The service department has been wonderful and easy to work with during all the oil changes. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Agreed!! Bought a car and was told it had a clean record only to find out they sold me a car that had known body damage. Extensive damage that had been covered up. I am not an expert so I trusted them (I don't sell cars to trusting consumers).

I have not purchased a vehicle here, but am speaking to the service end of the business.  In a nutshell:  Do not do it!  You will wait for hours until someone from the busy, busy, busy desk comes to report bad news in a room of unhappy people and a very loud TV (that only gets turned on when you turn it off).  My last "routine, scheduled, oil change took from 10 am until past noon and I missed a Dr's appointment.  It is just a zoo.

Update:  My husband did attempt to price and possibly purchase a vehicle here.  Even with the internet price list print-outs, they would not budge.  We ended up driving 1/2 hour east to buy a Kia vehicle at a much lower price.

I have come out of Yelp retirement to review Jack Miller Jeep-Kia. This was a woefully unpleasant experience.

We've been shopping for a Grand Cherokee for my husband, and there was a seemingly perfect vehicle listed on their web site. We drove 25 minutes to this dealership to check it out. We were greeted by a nice but clueless salesman, who proceeded to show us the least show-worthy vehicle ever. It was clearly used and abused by the previous owner (scratches, torn upholstery, etc.), which would explain the great price and by itself isn't cause to fault the dealership. The major problem was that this thing hadn't been cleaned. It still had trash in it (empty chew can, gross!), spills in the cupholders, no vacuuming/steaming of the carpets, and smelled of unclean people. There was a scent sachet under the driver's seat, so clearly the dealership was aware of the smell but chose to show it anyway.

There is absolutely NO WAY I would ever purchase a vehicle, this one or any other, from a dealership with such inattention to basic vehicle standards. If they are so callous as to let a customer see a filthy trade-in, what else on the vehicle haven't they cared to be discerning about? I'm not taking the chance that they similarly half-you-know-whated the vehicle's engine inspection.

Quick & Fast service.. great hospitality, loved the waiting room where you lounge on leather couches while you wait on your vehicle.  Oil change is affordable which is important.  We decided to take our new Kia Rio in early for it's oil change @3,000 miles.  It's recommended but not required until 7,000 mark.  Our car ran even better afterwards, I thought.  It's close to our home & that's why we chose to go here opposed to where we bought the vehicle.  Kudos to this place & we'll be returning for ALL of our service needs!

Wow, I really don't get those negative reviews-totally didn't experience that. I've never shopped for a Kia before, but I think Jack Miller did fine by us.

We were referred to salesman JP by my daughter's former teacher after her car was wrecked. After going on a couple of test drives, we'd pretty much settled on a pre-owned Soul ("used Soul" sounds just awful!), when he mentioned a lease. Long story short, Yelper Daughter drove off the lot 90 minutes later in a brand new one for the same payment I'd have for a used car with 30,000 miles on it. Full warranty, no money out of my pocket, and no goddamn $1000 Missouri sales tax due in 30 days! I know leases aren't for everyone, but it worked for us, and I was glad JP suggested it. I never felt pressured to do anything, everyone was polite and helpful, and the transaction was handled efficiently-we walked on the lot around 9:00 and she drove off in her new car at 10:30...haven't seen much of her since!

You don't have to have a Kia or a Jeep to use Jack Miller's detail service.  These guys do an EXCELLENT job.  My car  hasn't look this good since the day I brought it home from a BMW dealer in Wichita.  I've paid a couple of bills to have others detail my car and these guys blew their service out of the water!  They have my business from now on.  Thanks you Jack Mill Jeep-Kia.

I had some good service from them but then I had to use there shuttle service.  I was told on the phone I could be dropped off at 7:45am and picked up from work at 5:00pm. They got me to work with no problems but then when I called to to make sure they remembered to pick me up from work at 5:00pm, they informed me that there shuttle stops running at 4:00pm. When asked why I was told different the service manager said I don't know. I then asked how am I suppose to get there from work he said I don't I work until 5:30pm you need to be here before then to get your car, so i got the pleasure of paying 40 dollars for a cab ride.  I will not be returning here for service.
