Any one have any issue with shady dealings over a card that they want to purchase your car? per the post card fro Josh Hendrick Car is worth $72702 take it in, its worth $52000, decline as ask for more they raise it to $54500 and when you call to take the offer they offer you much less and even tell you that the correct person has not looked or appraised the car and it is only worth $40000. Not to mention that I have called / texted and emailed them over the past several days and can't get a return call text or email. Then a few hours after them telling me 40,000 I get another letter in the mail from someone that doesn't even work at the dealership anylonger telling me they are extending the offer for 7 more days. I bought a pre-owned vehicle at Hendrick in December 2013.   I specifically asked if there were two sets of keys/fobs for the vehicle, and the salesman said "yes".   After I had paid for the vehicle, and was taking delivery, I was only given one fob.   I reminded the salesman that I had asked whether there were two fobs, and that I had been told "yes".    He stated that "the previous owner still has the second one, and will be putting it in the mail, and we'll mail it to you as soon as we get it.".   (I live a significant distance from this dealership.)  Over a month later, I still do not have the second fob.   I have called the salesman (Justin Sanders) twice, left messages, and received no return calls.   I have also called the General Manager (Louis Faller) twice, and received no return phone call.   However, I did receive in the mail a Customer Delivery & Satisfaction Survey, saying how much they appreciate my business!  Ridiculous!   I will never do business with this organization again, and strongly urge others to stay away.

We were in the market for a new car; our absolute least favorite thing to do is car shop! We had decided on a GM car since we had some points available from our GM Credit card to use towards the payment. We ended up at Hendricks Buick and worked with Fred Walters. It was an amazingly easy and enjoyable (yes, I said "enjoyable" in a description of car buying...that means it was a nice experience)! We got more car than we expected for less than we expected - a double positive. Fred found us all the great rebates etc. and got us into a sweet car (for a Buick)! When we picked up the car they had it in the showroom with a huge red ribbon on the hood. All of the employees at the dealership came into the room and cheered for us and shook our hands and congratulated us on our purchase! Okay, I'll admit it was a bit cheesy, but when you think about it a car purchase these days is a huge purchase (I didn't need the calendar they sent with our picture with our new car - it won't be our Christmas card pic) I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. They are genuine and extremely pleasant to work with when shopping for a car.
