What I posted on my FB page just a few minutes ago. Gladstone Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Ram Rock!

Thanx everyone for the birthday well wishes, it was quite a day!
As my Ram pickup truck the evening before I experienced issues while I was driving back from St Louis to Hays. About 75 miles into the return trip I lost power steering and brakes along with the truck temp. gauge was rising like crazy and did I mention I was in bumper to bumper traffic going 75 mph down I70? Anyways, lucky I was able to get the truck slowed down and off at a exit and I called: Triple AAA Kansas (sure glad I belong to Triple AAA Kansas for things like this) and they had a rollback tow truck from Van's Towing of Kingdom City, MO. there to pick my truck and myself up and the driver offered to take me to Kansas City if I desired. So we loaded up the truck and headed to Beverly whoops I mean KC,  I loved the Old The Beverly Hillbillies Show.

At 10:30 p.m. we arrived in KC and I had called my best friend forever Bob Leiker who lives in KC and happens to drive the same brand of truck and he referred me to have the wrecker driver drop my Ram truck of at Gladstone Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep & Ram Car Dealership and even better yet Bob and Jill Leiker came and picked me up and I was able to celebrate my b/day eve with them over a beer and then on to the Waffle House....yummy. I stayed over night in the guest Jarrett suite at Bob & Jill's home and Bob took me to Gladstone Dodge the next morning so I could begin my wait to find out the damage to my Ram truck and did I mention my truck in a 2014 almost brand new and already had its first wrecker ride...LOL

I have to give Kudos to Sonny McWilliam Service Advisor and Ryan Guthrie Technician at Gladstone Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep & Ram Car Dealership for taking such great care of me and my Ram truck. Sonny went beyond the call of duty on 3 different times to see that my truck was fixed and I could get on my way back to Hays to celebrate my birthday.
Hats off to Gladstone Dodge in Gladstone MO, and thanx again Sonny McWilliam, you gave me the best service I've experienced at a car dealership in many many years.

So anyways, thanx to all that wished me a happy b/day as I cherish all of you as true friends along with my new friend Sonny McWilliam at Gladstone Dodge who shares my passion for the band Kansas!

I have bought and sold many cars in my time. I can honestly say this was the worst car purchasing experience I've ever had.
It started with me writing an email to confirm the car was available. The first salesman told me they would check, and get back to me. I had to follow up with them. They ended up writing me to let me know the car was available after I had already visited the dealership.
Instead of waiting for a response, I called the dealer. They confirmed it was available, so I came in to see the car I wanted.
I visited, and even asked for the person that I spoke briefly with. I waited patiently for the salesman to show up. This wasn't the first time I was left waiting for extended periods of time.
The car I called about initially was available, but it was a mess. This was a used car, but it was in terrible shape. The CV boots clearly leaked, the clutch was out of alignment, the suspension was loose, etc. All the while, the salesperson is trying to convince me that they run every car through their shop, and their shop catches and fixes everything. Even the door had been greased heavily on only one hinge, to hide something.
The second car I was told was available, but was still in the shop being looked over. So, I came back a few days later, and set an appointment to be sure my time wasn't wasted. Remember when I told you I was left waiting? This was another instance of that. I made the appointment, even texted the guy to let him know I was on my way. Did he meet me at the door? Or even show up within a minute or two, no.
This car, I am pleased with. It 's been very well taken care of, and is basically a dream for its age. I know my way around cars. I didn't have time to complete the purchase this day, so I decided to come back a couple of days later to pick it up, after we settled on a price.
I again make an appointment. I am again left waiting on the salesperson. This time, the car wasn't cleaned, he couldn't find the keys, and they were going to give me a car with only one set of keys, no jack, and floor mats that clearly didn't match the car, and were cut down from a different cars mats.
Even the finance manager made me wait.
When I returned from finance, my salesman was nowhere to be found.
I specifically requested my paperwork be left at the dealership for me, as I have had serious issues with our post office before. Guess what I just got in the mail.
Oh, the floor mats and jack they agreed to give me still haven't arrived.

I would have never bought a car there if it wasn't so well taken care of and in great condition.

I would stay far away from Gladstone Dodge.

In my opinion, the experience from purchasing my vehicle to some subsequent service issues was a challenging experience.   I feel the sales team did whatever they could to get the sale and get me out the door, and when I had problems the service department made excuses and made it very hard to get my issues resolved.

I called this business and talked to Jesse before coming in. After talking with him on the phone I came in to look at a truck. It was exactly what he described and didn't feed me a line of garbage. I end up buying this truck from him as well. We did run into a slight problem in regard to some upgrades to equipment that I was promised. I was told it would be no later then the weekend that it would be installed. However come to find out it would be six months later. But I talked to him and the manager and came to a resolution of the problem that I was very happy with. I would recommend this dealership.

This is a great dealership.  I purchased my 2013 Dodge Avenger at Gladstone Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram (Long Name I Know).  The salesman was Mike and I also was assisted by Gerald.  They both went out of their way to make sure that everything was worked out so I could drive out with the car that I wanted.  The only reason why I am not giving five stars is because two weeks after I purchased the car, I found out that I needed to replace the brake pads.  So my advice to anybody that purchases a car is to go to a mechanic and have it checked thoroughly because this is not something I noticed during the test drive but two weeks later.  (My mistake for not doing this but I was in a situation where I needed a car as soon as possible).  Other than that this is a great place to purchase a car as long as you take the precautions I mentioned above.

Great used car buying experience from Tony S and Gladstone.  Flew in from Dallas for a pre-negotiated deal.  Car exactly as promised, and paper work was completed and I on my way back to Dallas in less than an hour with a FULL tank of gas complements of Gladstone.   The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because they were willing to walk away over $250, but overall extremely happy and would highly recommend them.

I bought a used Avenger from here in September 2012, and the sales guy was nice (hence why I'm even giving 2 stars). My purchase included a 3 month/3,000 warranty.

After about 1 month, my car started hiccupping/hesitating. I took it to the Lee's Summit Dodge dealership (since that's where I live) and found out that it needed a new battery. Unfortunately, the battery wasn't covered under the warranty--which meant that the diagnostic fee wasn't either. I was looking at about $200 ish. I am a young teacher and this was my first time having a car expensive enough for car payments, so $200 was a lot of money to me! The guys at the LS dealership were super friendly and told me that since my warranty wasn't directly through them that they couldn't help me, but that typically they would offer a discount of some sort to a customer in my situation. They encouraged me to call the Gladstone dealership, so I did.

I spoke with service manager named Richard. Long story short--he ended up calling the guys at the LS dealership liars, etc. When I went to pick up my car from the LS dealership the next day, the guys at the LS dealership were upset and were adamant that they've helped other customers like me in similar situations--they even gave me 10% off my total bill!

Finally, after talking to Richard again, he agreed to pay for half of the bill. I graciously thanked him. He asked me to scan and email a copy of my bill along with my home address. I did. Didn't hear anything. Called and got his voicemail. Left a message to confirm he received my email. No response. I resent the email and left another voicemail telling him I did so. Still no response. I tried calling again and finally got ahold of him. He was apologetic and said he'd get the check right to me. I waited a couple of weeks. Nothing. I tried calling him again, left another voicemail, and then finally gave up.

Even though it's been over a year, I'm still in shock by the customer service I received. I don't even know if Richard still works there, but I can guarantee neither I nor any of my friends/family will be going to this dealership!

I had a really bad experience with the service department.  They did some warranty work and the truck was making noises when I turned a corner.  I looked underneath and all 6 body mounting bolts were only in partially.  I sent photos and a letter to the service manager and they denied loosening the bolts.  It's way to coincidental that they didn't do it.  They didn't offer to do anything to look at it or make it right.

I bought an 2011  Used Ford Edge with 2,500 miles on it in January 2012. I did my research online prior to going to Gladstone Dodge.  Mike was our sales person and was extremely friendly. He did not try to haggle with me because I had the internet price and knew what my trade in should be valued at.

Because of the excellent service received during the sales process of my vehicle, I returned to the dealership for all service on my vehicle. Always recevied fast and efficient assistance from the service department!

First and foremost I have to say thank you to Jake and Troy at Gladstone, both made my experience there awesome.

During my car buying process I was working with two Jeep dealerships: Glendale in St. Louis and Gladstone near Kansas City.  After exchanging emails and text messages with Doug (Glendale) and Jake (Gladstone) for about four days, we finally settled on an exact vehicle and deal with Glendale in St. Louis.  After driving the 2+ hours to the dealership I found out that the deal Doug (sales minion) and Eric (pathetic excuse for a sales manager) made was bogus and that they wouldn't honor it.  The vehicle we agreed on had 20" wheels on it...the vehicle Doug and Eric tried to sell me once there at the dealership had 18" wheels on it and they thought I wouldn't notice.   After bringing it to their attention and explaining that the "miscommunication" was entirely on their end, they refused to honor the deal we had and put the 20" wheels back on so out of principle, renegotiating a deal wasn't happening.  Eric then tried to tell me that the vehicles at Gladstone that I was comparing his at Glendale to, did not have 20" wheels - which oh by the way they did.  My wife and I walked out, and wow, I'm glad we did.

After my wife and I left Glendale we called up Jake and Troy in Kansas City, and explained to them what happened and how Glendale is a joke of an organization.  They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and not honored the latest offer they made me, but instead they maintained their professionalism and integrity and not only kept the deal but also stayed open over an hour after the dealership closed for the night to see us.  Jake (salesman) and Troy (manager) of Gladstone are what's right with the auto industry.

Bottom line, I STRONGLY recommend anyone who is interested in buying a Jeep to drive to Gladstone in Kansas City.  Jake and Troy will absolutely take care of you.

And no, I do not work for Gladstone.  I'm an active duty military officer who has NO respect (and neither should you) for dishonest and immoral salesmen.  Go to Gladstone and spend your money there, you'll be glad you did!
