Purchasing a new or used car,
Van, or Truck at Gary Crossley
FORD better think twice...  My
Wife( Myra Hyatt)  bought a 2014
Ford Edge there and it has been
Like dealing with snakes from the
Pits of hell,  let me state the facts.

A.  Purchased and signed 01/15/15
      Once she signed the contract the
      Finance Mgr here your keys bring
     Back Saturday we will detail it and
      Fill up.  I got there Saturday and some
      Little girl came out and said we do not
     Detail used cars , Wow that not we were
     Told and she said that our policy and who
     Ever told told you wrong. And the finance
     Mgr came out after I raised my voice and
      said by the way I need you too sign a new
      Contract you live in Leawood , KS and I had
     You sign a Missouri contract and I very simply
     Said I negoiated and bought and took deliverly
      Of the Ford Edge in Missouri and in most cases
      it would not make a difference but in this case 1
      Contract was 12 pages the other was 18 pages
Quite a bit of smalll print

B.   Today is 02/13/15  We still have not got paper
      Work on the Ford Edge it's got expired paper
       Tags several thing wrong and they say well it's
       Certified used , She is paying $34 000.00 for
        it we have no payment book , can not register
        it in Kansas and let me say they fired the 1st
       Salesman and the 2nd one pretty much has
       done nothing and the fact that they had us sign
       The wrong contract,  and yes we did sign the
       New different contract with different terms,
       10 day after that we still do not have the
       necessary paperwork to get proper regerstration in Kansas .

Great experience at Crossley. I did most of my "shopping" from their website. Easy and simple. I submitted my information and was called the next day. My sales guy was really awesome and I was in an Explorer within 24 hours.

With a schedule appointment for a check engine light  ... It has taken two full days and they still haven't even put it on the computer to diagnosis the issue. Along with NO phone call from them or returned VM. I literally had to go and stand in the service area just to find out its status. THE worse service ever!

Worst place to buy a car. they will sell any car any condition without informing you what are the defects. truest me do not buy from them. Customer service? do not even think about it. They are in to make money and not happy customers.

I needed an extra set of keys before making a cross country trip. When I called, they said no problem, bring it in anytime. I ended up not bringing it in until the day before I was scheduled to leave. I got a call from Dave Leslie who said they didn't have the key in stock and other dealers in the area didn't either so would have to order it. When he found out I was leaving town, he made some more calls and it turns out a Lincoln key would work for my Ford so he drove across town to pick one up for me. I believe he went out of his way to help me out and has earned my business forever.

I someday would like to car shop when it is not a panic thing. It seems I always end up needing a car now, and it ends up being really stressful! My car died on a Friday, and I was able to get into a new car by Tuesday because of the help from Gary Crossley. Ken in the finance department worked every single angle to get me the price, payments, and car I really wanted. I'm not against Fords, but I came to look at a couple trade in used cars they had on the lot. I worked with Jamie as my sales guy, and he was so friendly. They all were so helpful, and even let me bring the dog in while I signed papers for the car. My only reason to give them 4 stars is not really there fault, but they offer a free 24 hour car wash for all customers and I live in South Kansas City so I doubt I will ever really take advantage of the car wash. I was also a little bummed they didn't wash the outside of my car when I drove her off the lot. She wasn't terribly dirty, but we there had been a lot of snow so she had a small amount of dirt. This again wasn't their fault, the paperwork didn't get finished until 7:30pm so it was too late for the service department. The newest car I have ever owned was a 95. Very excited to be in a 2011 and glad Gary Crossley and team helped me find the car I wanted!
