I'm on a mission to put the fun back into buying a car and bring respect and responsibility back to the car business. I'm fighting for you. I'm challenging my fellow dealers to clean up their acts and put truth and honesty first and profits second.

I'm a firm believer that if you treat people with courtesy and educate them with the most complete information available, they'll be empowered, they'll be more informed and they'll become your customers for life.

Bottom line, you deserve to be treated with respect and honesty when buying a car.  And that's what I'm promising. I'm not in business to sell cars to make a quick buck. I'm in business to sell cars to find great people who will stay with me for life.

I want to build a relationship with you... a relationship that adds value to your life... one built on trust and mutual respect... a relationship that will end your search for an honest car dealer and finally give you a dealership you feel comfortable doing business with for life.

Reviews on Car Smart Auto Sales

I had a fair experience with this dealer. The gentleman I dealt with was nicknamed "Tulsa" as I believe he is from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was very gracious, accommodating to my daughter, and friendly. Yes, they do have the salesman, slick-I -want-to-sell-you-a-car-NOW vibe, however, that didn't bother me. I did get a follow up email and phone call, however, after sharing with the caller that I was no longer interested, I never received another call. Though I did not buy a car, I would certainly consider using them in the future.

I would like to start off by saying it's been 8 years since I've had to purchase a car or even start the process into looking to buy one.  I came across this place because of the advertising and its proximity to my home.

I started with an online submission for loan information and was contacted the next day by Cheryl.  A conversation with her and she informed me that they could get me approved for a car.  I take what most salesmen say with a grain of salt anyway, knowing they have to push to make a sale.  Cheryl was pleasant to speak to and I spoke to her over several days before setting a time to come in and try to get a car.

I had a window of an hour to come in and try to get a car because I was told that they closed at 7pm monday through thursday.  they close at 6 on fridays and saturdays.

When I arrived inside, the "office" or main room is a jumble of desks and I wasn't sure who I was supposed to speak to first.  A guy named Marco asked me what I was there for and I told him that I had come to speak to Cheryl about getting a car.  He said he could help me even though I was reticent to speak to anyone else besides who I had been dealing with.

I had to go through the whole thing again with him but coming to a wall when I told him that I was self employed.  He said that was going to be a problem, which Cheryl never said there was going to be one.  The whole process came to a screeching halt then as he said I needed proof of income, which being self employed means I don't really get paychecks to show stubs for.  I had brought with me a copy of my 2012 revenue sheet to show what I had made so far this year and offered to notarize it.  He said they wouldn't accept it.  He wasn't helpful at all during this and I wasn't going to deal anymore with them.  I up and left.

I called and asked for Cheryl as I was leaving the parking lot and was directed to her right away.  I asked if she was actually present in the building for the appt she had made with me at 6pm and she said she was and didn't know why I wasn't shown to her.  I told her the issues I ran into and she didn't know why Marco had told me that.

The experience was confusing and there seemed to be no communication between people there.  their motto is "dealer for the people", well I don't know what people their trying to get or how anyone can get a car through them.
