I called this business to check about the availability of a truck. I was provided false information which the sales person I was put with when I arrived acknowledged. The false information came from the person I talk to on the phone. I will never set foot in this business again. Then when I was leaving a different sales person in the parking lot started to get mouthy. If you're looking for a dealership to tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door this is definitely the place for you.  Personally a business that lies intentionally to get you in the door should have its business license revoked.

I have taken 3 different Chevys there, and leased my last one there. They are always really helpful and nice. The service men are always friendly and have all been there for years so it's nice to recognize the faces each time I come back. I usually ask for Nick when I call in but haven't seen him recently. My lease is almost up but I plan on keeping my vehicle. I am a little nervous about the next steps in the lease process but hopefully it'll go smoothly!

Cable Dahmer reached out to me after reading my first 1 star review.  The first lady I spoke with was from corporate and she was very sincere and concerned, and apologetic.  She put my in contact with on of the managers of the actual location I was at.  He was somewhat apologetic, and really just wanted to know what he could finically do to make it better, they gave me money back for some of the other work that was done with my car.  Again, I feel nothing above and beyond to keep my business, I haven't decided yet if I will be back.

Fantastic.  Service opens at 7am I got there early at 6:45.  They let me in right away with immediate assistance.  I was going to use the loaner car service but was assured I would be out within the hour.  35 minutes later I was on my way.  I did't have time to finish my coffee from the lounge.  We

Took my car in for an oil change. I love how I can make my appointment online. I just pulled into the service area and someone came out to help me. I love their waiting area. I really do appreciate how nice they have made the entire experience. I don't mind getting an oil change anymore.

I've been wanting a new ZL1 ever since they came out.  Cable-Dahmer made the purchasing experience absolutely perfect!!  Their internet vehicle search (through Leslie Anthony - Internet Sales) found exactly the car I was looking for...and had it brought to the Cable-Dahmer site that was closest to me.  The rest of the process was in the capable hands of Clint Albin (Sales Rep)...very personable, very energetic and engaged in the process...made it easy and pleasureable!!  He's even still answering my questions through our email correspondence!!  As I told Leslie, Cable-Dahmer now has a new customer for life!!  - Michael Scott
