We went to Don Seelye last week to look for a Jeep or Ford for our son who is currently in Afghanistan on deployment.  We worked with Scott Brockelbank, who we have purchased two other vehicles from in the past couple of years.  He is a great salesman, and an all around good guy to work with.  Never steers us wrong and always straight with us when we purchase/lease.
After driving both vehicles, we decided with our son's input on the Jeep Cherokee-2015 model.  We worked with Scott, and Dan Brosnan at Paw Paw today.  They made the transition smooth for us, came to the price we wanted, with the mileage, monthly payment, and bells and whistles that are son needed/wanted when he comes back in December.  
The transition for him to get the vehicle through our dealing with Scott and Dan was flawless, even though he is in Afghanistan currently.  They made it simple, to the point, and effortless for us to complete the transaction with no pressure and excellent customer service.  
The jeep was purchased today for our son, and it was as always one of the best customer service and sales purchases as always!  I am very pleased with both Scott and Dan as people and as professionals in their dealings!  It was a really great expeience and I would highly recommend both locations for Seelye:  both Don Seelye Ford Kia on Stadium Drive in Kalamazoo where Scott Brockelbank is located and Seelye Wright of Paw Paw where Dan Brosnan is located.  I can say too, that the gentlemen who ran through everything with us once we purchased (Dan C.) knows his stuff and is very thorough on all things Jeep!  I have total confidence in purchasing from Seelye at both locations!

Alright so I am not a big review person but I just have to provide positive reinforcement after such a great experience.  Simply put, this dealership EARNED my business.  They understood that i had options and did not have the normal attitude of we will tell you what you want o buy that I find at lots of dealerships.  Also I changed my requirements several times as I learned more about the vehicle I was purchasing  and they just kept smiling and looking for the car of my dreams, which might have felt like it changed every time I took a nap.  

I was also speaking with other dealers and in contrast I really felt like they were spending their energy in trying to educate me on why it was really important that I pick a color - frankly color was not my top priority.

Also I had an insane schedule so most of our exchanges were done via email and online; I really wanted to look at window stickers (it was the easiest way for me to quickly compare options) and they literally sent me dozens.  When I found a car to buy I had tight time limitations, again Mitch Wright accommodated my schedule so that when I arrived I was immediately taken into the settlement office and my entire time was less than 1 hour.

Overall I would really recommend Seelye Ford and Mitch Wright.

Reading reviews for large purchases, such as a car, before hand is a big deal.  This place has awful reviews! I still gave them a chance because I wanted to check out the fusion.

I went to three different dealerships in search of a new vehicle. I was looking for a great price on leasing a smaller vehicle. At the end of my search, my husband and I ended up leasing a Chevy Cruze from the Don Seelye Ford dealership based on:

1. The price
2. The service
3. NO high pressure!!

We had a poor impression of this dealership based on reviews and previous experience. Two years ago, we came to this dealership on a mission for a new truck but we got that "meathead" vibe. We took our business elsewhere at that time.

This time around was completely different! I love the new renovations they have done, better management in my opinion, and just more classy and professional in general. Mike Avery was our salesman. He's been there for over 30 years and didn't beat around the bush. He was laid back, friendly, and honest with us.

It says a lot when you purchase a Chevy car from a Ford dealership.

I felt obligated to post this review hoping will help both Don Seelye Ford and their customers. I bought a Focus ST from this dealership. There was a recall on the wiring of the headlights. Took the car in (Thursday 7:30 am), got a loaner car, got a call 4 hours later (12 PM) saying the car is ready. Oh ,Got a free car wash as well ! So far so good. But came home to see one of the headlights was not seated fully (6:10 PM- it was after they were closed). Called them the next day (8AM Friday), extremely upset cause I didn't feel comfortable going on my road trip the next day. They tried to have me drop the car so they can take a look at it, oh and tried to tell me they didn't touch the headlights (seriously? did I not take it in specifically for the headlight wiring issue?) I explained I cannot leave work AGAIN today and by the way it was your mistake after all. After I made myself clear and they realized that I was/am the worst customer they may have ever had and told them how upset I was with their service and will look into see how I can follow up, I got what I did not expect: They sent a driver to come pick the car up at my work, and dropped it there 2 hours later, car washed AGAIN and GAS TANK FILLED ! ! Now this is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. You fix your mistakes without causing any further inconvenience for the customer and make extra effort to keep them happy.

Update after a year :

But then on my other visits, this story repeated.. Basically they always do something wrong. and try to fix it if you try and notice their mistake ! !  So if you want to go back and forth many ties and every time wait in their waiting room for very long ! then best place to go !

Sleeziest, scummiest car dealership ever.  We purchased a 2009 Escape two years ago from this dealership and a few weeks went back to trade it in as we were about to roll over 90,000 miles on the car.  The sales guys were not helpful, in fact admitting that we overpaid  for the vehicle two years prior.  Even though we came back to them and they said YES, you OVERPAYED they were not willing to help us out or correct their mistake.  These guys make you think you are buying a car for a great deal but make their money either through interest or some other way. Watch out for the financing guy--- the sales guys will say whatever to lock in a deal and then you go to do the paperwork and they pressure you and make you feel trapped.  Save yourself a headache and go to ANY other ford dealership--- or head across the street and see Nate Ecker at harold zeigler.  whatever you do, stay away from this sketchy place!  We learned our lesson, and it cost is a few thousand dollars, don't make the same mistake we did!
