Questionable ethics in their used car department.  Be cautious before signing anything for extended warranties or mileage conversions about cars from Canada.  While both legal, you may not really need the warranty & the Canadian cars are harder to sell if you ever want to.  Hard to prove the mileage.  Buyers beware.

Service department saved our trip! We were 4 hours from home (and had 6 hours more to go) and our throttle body went on our Liberty. They went above and beyond to get us in a loaner on onward with the rest of our vacation. We may have to turn our next car purchase into a mini vacation as they have gained some fans and future customers from Metro Detroit! Thank you Zina and crew!!!!

Fairly lame service dept- no thought whatsoever for people's lives.
They know we live 1 1/2 hrs away.
Warranty work.
First time (a month ago) they ordered the wrong part.
Now we are back again.
They know the work they're going to do will take 6 hrs. But we do not know that. So I am stuck here all day and they won't even provide a car so I can get on with my day.

It never fails that every time I come up north I have a ridiculous issue with my Dodge Journey. Before it was tire pressure sensors and today it was the rear window wiper.

Changing wiper blades should always be an easy DIY project. Just not for me. My dad and I were going to pry the rascal off with a screwdriver but alas we thought we would ask first. It took the tech all of 30 seconds to show me how to remove the old and install the new wiper.

Fernelius is 2 for 2 in assisting me with my car issues. Kudos to a great tech department.  They keep this up, I might just buy my next car from them.
