After trading in my car at Allston Auto Brokers I felt as though I made a good purchase. My sales person Kyle was very helpful at the time. But after purchasing my vehicle I discovered that my SUV had different issue's. I was told that my tires would be a least 80% but after looking at the tires they look like they need to be replaced. I haven't even had the SUV for even a month . Oh and let's not forget Alvin the asshole. He is nice one minute and then once you start complaining he turns into a total JERK!

I bought a car from Allston Auto Brokers and I'm so happy that I did. After a little shopping around, I found that Allston Auto Brokers had the best deals and the most friendly and helpful sales team. My credit isn't that great, but Alvin was able to help me and and get me approved for a loan. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and I'll be going back for my next car purchase!

NOT EVEN A YEAR LATER! Serious car issues The guys at allston auto were nice at the point of sale. but not very helpful when things go aloof! I called allston auto the other day because i have been having a eletric problems with the car i bought from them. I had been redirected to another garage. I called the garage they referred me to and the mechanic who could help is on vacation. meanwhile my sunroof is stuck open and my directionals and power windows DO NOT WORK.... nor do the head lights.
I had no choice but to drive my unsafe car to the Mercedes dealership for repair. When i bought car i had askedTony the salesperson about the hanging computer board under the drivers seat. They made no effort to repair it and told me not to worry about it, that it was nothing that could cause a problem. The exposed board touching other metal
caused the battery to die and the sunroof to get stuck and break as well as all the other problems mentioned earlier. The total cost of the repair is near what i paid for the car!!!
