Reviews on Falcor Auto Sales

This dealership deserves no stars, but I cannot post this review without adding one star. I bought a 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT from them and have had nothing, but problems. I bought the car for $8,000 cash (mind you this was my first car as a teenager) and Jeff told me it was the perfect car for me and I would have no problems with it. I bought the car with dents on it because he told me I would have to pay extra for the dents if I wanted them repaired. I have owned this vehicle for a little over 3 years and on top of the $8,000 I bought the car for, I have put over $3,000 into it just in repairs. The turbo blew the first year, and then gaskets, and so on. I will NEVER go back to this dealership.

Apparently they don't want my business. A few weekends ago, my girlfriend and I made the long trek out to Falcor to see a blue TT. A few things were alarming right from the start. The listing on their site had the car as a 6 speed when it actually was only a 5 speed. Damage to the vehicle was very underreported. I should note that the two gentlemen, a father and son, working there told us of the repairs they were planning on having done asap. To be fair, they had only received in the car two days earlier. Nonetheless, we had to peruse the car keeping in mind Falcor's intent to make a number of repairs ranging from dents and scrapes to a cracked front end. Not what we expected.
We weren't too bothered at the time, however. My initial email correspondence with them was quick and helpful. At the dealership, the guys were friendly and didn't seem to be any of the negative stereotypes of car salesmen.
Sadly, my experience since leaving the dealership has been disappointing. None of my emails have been responded to. They have not sent me images of any repairs made per our discussion.
At this point, I'm no longer considering the car they have to be on our potential list. That's unfortunate, but what I've experienced with Falcor is not how a business should be run. They got a few things right, but slipped up overall.

EDIT: I finally received an email reply! Not only that, but with a plausible reason for the delay in hearing back from them too. I'll revise this review again once I'm sure my business with them is complete one way or another, but for now I've added a 3rd star.
