Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealer with an outstanding service department.. Low key nice people who are motivated to assist you, not to push you. Extensive inventory and a service garage that will work on anything. We offer small town personal service - with big city pricing and technology!

Established in 1984.

This was a very well run, popular Lincoln Mercury dealership that changed brands in 2011 to represent Jeep Chrysler Dodge and Ram trucks. The employees are all long term committed people with many of them with the company for more than 20 years. They are unusally serious about doing things the right way.

After an awful experience at another Jeep dealership we randomly stumbled into Acton Jeep, and thank the universe we did! It was just so great. Gave me more than double the cash for my trade in that any other dealership offered, and the sales guy was great. These guys went out of their way every chance they could, and it really showed. Not pushy, and seemingly very honest. I would recommend them to anyone any day.

Bought a used vehicle here last month, overall good experience. The one problem was the sales managers low trade-in offer on my trade, it was insulting and inaccurate, but I took it due to having absolutely no time to sell it on my own. Other places will bend, there was no bending with this manager. Aside from that, nice people/salesmen and nice modern dealership.

Acton Chrysler is outstanding !   Their service is always honest, timely, and very effective.   The staff is intelligent, friendly, and well-versed in addressing the customer's needs.    I used to live nearby, but recently moved more than 20 miles away and still go there for service.     As a purchaser, I have full faith that my money is being well spent and I will have a car to last me a long time.    The sales staff is knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

I will not go anywhere else....

A reply to the reply, which contained misleading statements.

The fact remains that the 17-year-old car was running well and there was no problem with the alternator or the battery before the car reached your shop. At no point in the past year did the battery die. On top of that, your tech lied to us and said the battery was original when it was, in fact, basically new. Why would he do that?

*** Your statement that a repair was made, or that a single thing was "corrected"  by your shop is false. ***

The $100 did NOT pay for ANY kind of work -- it was ONLY to hook the car up to a diagnostic machine. Again, your statement is incorrect -- NO REPAIR WAS MADE to the car. You hooked us up to a machine that you own and turned it on, and ka-ching, you get $100.

Seems to me this is like paying $4 for a latte, and then a $20 Latte Machine Use Fee. Pretty sweet gig.

Couldn't be happier. As a first-time car buyer, I could not have been more comfortable working with Lou with the sale. My new-to-me car was spotless and detailed upon pickup, and they registered/inspected my car before I took it home. Very classy dealership that promotes sound purchases and fair deals over their overhead.

I only went to this place because they sent a coupon in the mail for a free oil change. Big surprise, oil change was not free, it simply signed me up for a frequent visitor card which I already had from my previous (and much better) oil change place. To add salt to the wound, when I took my car for it's next oil change at a local mechanic he told me that the faint burning I'd been smelling was oil dripping down the back on my engine because the previous mechanic didn't screw the oil cap back on tight. Precious oil wasted. oh goody. The only thing about the place that earned it the second star was how helpful the manager was with giving me information about tires; but don't worry, I didn't buy them there.
