i have dealt with this dealership for about 2 years and i have to say they are the best!!! the service is personal yet  professional. we have had our ups and downs--car repairs are never fun but each time they surprise me with their efficacy and commitment to service.

i truly never want to have car service or repairs but if i am going to have it, i would like for it to be at new orleans audi.

My family has bought three audis within a 6 month period. An Audi R8 V10, Audi TT and an Audi A8. We've spent 385k with this dealership within a 6 month period. The Audi A8 is a piece of garbage. Two weeks after purchasing it, we experienced electrical problems and within a two year period this car has been in their service department over 15 times, at one point being in their for a three month period. The staff is very unprofessional, when you're not purchasing a vehicle, so is the owner. Very arrogant and petulant. This experience with Audi has been a total nightmare. At this very moment we are still experiencing electrical issues with a 100k car. We have owned all kinds of luxury cars from Bentley to Mercedes Benz and feel that the customer service with Audi is disappointing, to say the least and I feel we've been treated poorly and with irreverence. I strongly encourage everyone to not purchase from this dealership. Our salesperson quit this dealership and went to Mercedes Benz. She strongly recommends that we switch back to Mercedes because the quality of cars and customer service is superior.

I walked in here about two years ago and I never came back. I literally bought a car from CA and had it shipped to NOLA because I refuse to ever deal with their sales department again.

(BTW Rusnak Audi in Pasadena shipped my brand new Premium Plus A5 to me for free!)

The story:
My partner and I were "offered" to lease an A4 with no add-ons for about $550 a month (plus tax and fees). I bought my last Audi in CA and perhaps I am spoiled from car buying in a city with multiple audi dealerships but $550+ a month is a TERRIBLE offer for a stock A4.

I will never buy a car from this dealership because their prices are not competitive. Yes, I understand that an Audi is a luxury car, but I want the price of my Audi to be competitive with other Audi dealerships. These cars are nice but the staff acts like you need to be deemed worthy of buying a Bentley before they will seriously work with you.

They get one star because my partner recently took in my A5 for regular service and the visit was without incident.

This is an aging dealership with an outdated way of doing business. They don't understand that young people wearing casual clothes are savvy car buyers- we can afford nice cars and we want a good deal. Tbh I've noticed this problem is pervasive in the otherwise wonderful city of New Orleans.

These people are airheads in the worst way. If the computer scanner doesn't detect an issue , they will not further evaluate your car.

Well get this I've brought my car to them 15 times for the same issue.  Due to them refusing to evaluate the issue other than "computer scanner" ,  I still don't have a diagnosis.  

You will need oil every 2,000 miles.  Everyone w/ an Audi has this issue.

This is scary b/c it can damage you piston rings in the engine!!!

They will tell you its normal, probably until you're out of warranty. It's expensive to repair.  

My advice, If you've brought you car in more than 3 times look into the lemon law and get AN ATTORNEY.  Moss Ferguson Act for Used cars.

Or call the Used Car commissions in you state.  

Do not let lots of time pass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After tons of shopping and research I decided to purchase a 2012 Audi Q5 from New Orleans Audi. The sales experience was up front and pleasant, that's also the only part that's been up front and pleasant. I've had my vehicle since August and it's been in the shop for over a month so far. The car sounds like it's falling apart, and their attempts to fix my sunroof have only made the problem worse, in addition to leaving large scratches on the glass.

The first time I took it in for the sunroof they had my vehicle for an entire week, stating that they were extensively road testing it to make sure they got it fixed. I didn't mind the wait because I was confident that they were actually trying to fix it, I was wrong. My vehicle had barely more than 1 mile more on it than when I took it in for the routine service and sunroof repair. I asked the service manager how all of the extensive road tests only resulted in 1 mile, his answer was less than satisfactory as he tried to lie his way out of it, much to my aggravation.

Since then I have taken it in twice more, during which time it's spent an entire week getting "fixed" only to pick it up and find that it's not only not fixed but it's WORSE. I decided contacting the manufacturer might result in a better resolution. After another 3 weeks, and no assistance from Audi other than "We are looking into it" I've had enough. I would stay as far as humanly possible from Audi, and especially from the service department here.

I was traveling to New Orleans for business from Houston.  En route, the oil light and windshield fluid lights came on.  When I checked my oil at the gas station, it was a little low.  Although my vehicle is still in warranty, I did not want to do in damage to my vehicle.  

As soon as I was in town, I went straight to the dealership.  The parts & maintenance closes at 6pm during the week and it was already 6:10.  The salesman, Jorge, gladly grabbed my keys and topped off all my fluids.  They could have told me the shop was closed, but they took care of me and made me an extremely happy customer.  Thank you so much Jorge & New Orleans Audi.
