Save yourself a huge waste of time and sanity.  Poor communication every time.  By the third time I brought it in I was fed up, and the problem still isn't fixed.

Unless you want to pay for horrible service stay away! The only reason I used this repair shop was because my insurance agency recommended them. The receptionist was completely rude, they promised to call me with updates on my vehicle every other day but i ended up having to call them, the work on my car took a almost 2 weeks longer than expected, and the icing on top the cake.. My car was ready before the 4th of July weekend yet I did not receive a phone and my calls were not returned, which meant I had to pay for a rental car for four days longer than I actually needed to.--very upset customer

I don't believe that I am a skilled enough writer to create a review that describe how bad the service is at this shop.

My car was was in a T bone collision in mid July. I thought I had seen the worst of it.

Let me start by saying that I choose this shop despite the review I had seen on the net because it was "Toyota certified".  I called the shop on the Monday after and asked about work load and availability.  I was assured that they had plenty of staff and could start work immediately after receiving clearance from the insurance company.  They recieved the car on that Wednesday, on a beautiful July day.

It was nearly Halloween 10/28 when I got may car back.  I guess I should have suspected something with all the trick or treating going on that week.  Here is just a partial list of fun tricks I enjoyed.

The door that was "repaired" didn't fit in the opening.
The paint around the door was cracked, I guessing because the door didn't fit.
The headliner support plugs were a nice contrasting color to what they should have been, think off black in my light grey upholstery.
The "oh shit" handles were installed upside down, no worries, if used, they popped right out.
The trim on various part of the interior looked like a 5 yeat old attempted to removed them with a shovel.  I can't imagine how else you make them look so bad.
My front turn signal light was misappropriated (stolen).A tire was flat, battery was dead, car was filthy... blah blah..  You get the point.

3 weeks later they take the car back, provide me a rental car and tell me that it would be ready the next day.

3 weeks later, I pick up the car.  Surprise, the door doesn't fit, the paint is still cracked.

2 weeks later, I have to argue again for a rental car, going to be fixed in 1 day, takes 3 to get the car back.

Door still isn't fixed.

I gave up.

Don't believe anything the manager G tells you.  And don't for a second think he cares.
